Natalie Melista Graduate Recruitment Manager CCC Consulting 141 Blue Street SYDNEY NSW 2000 4 March 2006 Re: CCC Consulting Business Systems Graduate Program Dear Ms Melista The communication skills and extensive knowledge of business processes I have developed from industrial training and internships would make me an ideal candidate for the Business Systems team. It is my hope that my analytical and problem solving skills would strongly contribute to your organisation by being part of the CCC Consulting Graduate Program. Apart from the 18 months industrial training incorporated into my program, I have strived to set myself apart from other students. By actively undertaking additional work experience such as an internship at AAC Consulting and employment at RTZ, I am constantly trying to develop my professional skills and career prospects. My achievements in the workplace have primarily been related to the translation and documentation of business processes, technical documents and user training guides. At RTZ, I restructured user training and technical documentations to increase user satisfaction and systems usability and maintenance. To build on what I have learnt about the IT industry, I am tackling a thesis/honours topic on the issue of Business Process Management in my final year in UNSW. Working at QZ Assurance with business process consultants and managers has inspired me to thoroughly understand the importance and workings of business processes within an organisation. I am confident that my thesis findings would contribute to CCC Consultings research investment initiatives and the IT industry and community. Results and improvement are my main motivation. This is highlighted through my persistence and determination to continuously push myself to achieve new objectives and try new obstacles. This includes aiming for higher academic grades or actively taking on new tasks for projects in the organisations that Ive worked for. At Microserve, I actively volunteered to try new work and was given the task to document the Business Performance Management process which I was commended by my manager for during my time there. CCC Consulting is an organisation that takes prides in having a talented and productive team. I am eager to offer my skills and capabilities by contributing to your Business Systems team. For any additional information, I can be contacted via mobile on 0402 555 555 or email at sam.student@example.com. I am convinced it would be worthwhile to meet to further discuss the possibilities on how I might best assist your company. Thank you for your time and consideration. Yours sincerely
