Sealed Quotations are invited for Refilling of Fire Extinguishers Sealed quotations are invited from reputed dealers for refilling of 160 Nos. Fire Extinguishers. The quotation is required to be submitted in a sealed cover addressed to the Director, IDRBT, Hyderabad so as to reach us on or before 27.07.05 up to 1.00 p.m duly superscribing the work i.e., Quotation for refilling of Fire Extinguishers on the top of the envelope. Refilling of ABC Type fire extinguishers of 1 kg capacity with Mono Ammonia Phosphate and pressurized with Nitrogen gas. 6. Refilling of ABC Type fire extinguishers of 500 grams capacity with Mono Ammonia Phosphate and pressurized with Nitrogen gas. 7. Terms and Conditions : 1. The quoted price should include all taxes & duties, octroi, labour etc. ie., FOR IDRBT. 2. Price should be quoted as per Bill of Quantities only. 3. TDS, if applicable will be deducted as per Income Tax Rules. 4. 95% of the payment shall be made after satisfactory refilling of Fire Extinguishers and balance 5 % after completion of one year (warranty period). 5. The work is required to be completed within 3 days from the date of order. 6. The Institute reserves the right not to place order with the lowest bidder. 7. The Institute reserves the right to cancel any/all the tender(s) without assigning any reason. 8. The Institute also reserves the right to split and award the work to two or more contractors. 9. Any accidents including death caused to the contractor or workers during course of execution of work or elsewhere will be taken care by the contractor(s) themselves and Institute is in no way responsible for the same. 10. The work is required to be done with precision and high quality is to be maintained. 11. Any extra item(s), if required to be executed for due completion of the work are to be attended to by the contractor and the rates for such items will be decided on mutual negotiations. However, the final rates for such items fixed by the Institute would be binding on the contractor. 12. The Institutes decision in any of the matter(s) is final and binding on each other.
