This agreement of Leave and License is made at Pune on this **th **** 2010. Hereinafter referred to as The Licensees.

Whereas
The Licensor is the owner of the 2 BHK Row House, **************, **************, S.No.6, DSK Ranwara Bavdhan BK, Pune 21 admeasuring 800 sq.ft. Hereinafter referred to as the said premises. 1) The Licensor was desirous of giving the premises for temporary period of 11 months i.e. 01/08/2010 to 30/07/2011. 2) Licensee being in need of the Premises for Residential the

The said deposit shall not carry any interest & shall be refundable to the Licensee immediately on vacating & handing over the possession of the said premises to the Licensor. 6) To keep the interior of the said premises in good conditions during the period of the License and be responsible for the ordinary maintenance. ) Licensee shall pay all electricity charges as per the electrical

reading directly to MSEB during the period in which the license continuous in force and handover the original bill to the Licensor. The licensor shall pay all Municipal Corporation taxes. ) Licensee not to assign, transfer, sublet or part with the possession of the said premises to the third party during the continuous for this license. ) Both the Licensee as well as the Licensor shall have an option to terminate this agreement by giving 1 (one) months notice in writing to the other side of their intention to do so. ) In case licensee wish to have extra furniture extra, will be provided and will be separately charged.
