By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to i) identify the process involve when a matter changed from ii) state the example of situation when the process is stated.
Previous knowledge :

Teaching and Learning activities -Teacher gives an ice cream to the each student. -Teacher ask student to eat ice cream and observe what happen to the ice cream -Teacher ask student what happen to ice cream -Teacher tells pupils the topic for lesson today. Teacher paste card containing some words on the blackboard Teacher pronouns each word of the cards follows by the pupils.
