Work Duration From 7th June to 7th August Work Profile There are three team A. B. C. I am in Team A and the Team a HOD (Head of the Department) is MR. Amardeep Singh and My President is Mr. Vikas Kapoor they both are very disciplined and professional person. Its being a pleasure working with them I learned a lot from these people as they both are master of their work and with them I learned how we have to coordinate and how everything work in export house.

My Learnings The software on which our company work its name is ERP (Enterprise resource planning) in orient craft group. Everything is based on ERP software like Gate pass, CBR (Capacity booking request), sampling packet forwarding.

BOM:- It means for any different style, colour and size like 3mm, 5mm, 6.8mm which are standard size and sequins , thread to order these things we use BOM for all the purchase. Process to do Sampling:ND-New Development Merchant give co-ordinator new programme and then we enter information on ERP software and take printout and then proceed to CAD department. Cad department punch the program. Changes It means everything goes same but if buyer asks for any change then we do that changes and also made moke to take approval from merchant. Placement /Regular In this program also we change things like plt, fabric, thread etc

Size set In this stage co-ordinator made standard size like extra small, small, medium, large, and extra large. Then after size set approval we made pilot sample, and production is always based on pilot sample .Then finally production start. After this merchandiser put the CBR and book the machines for production. Type of Machines our Company use Tazima Barudan

All type of embroidery is possible in orient craft embroidery division. Maximum head machine is -44head and the company of this machine is ZSK. Repeat of the machine is 30cm, 40cm, and 60CM.
