Manaviki is a reputed biannual journal, published by Society for Education & Social Welfare,Varanasi,(U.P.), which aims to create a forum to promote the development of new researches in the field of humanities and Social Sciences. Articles to be published in each issue will be based on original research and bring out new facts and provide fresh interpretation of data. The journal invites only those research papers/articles which assist and help bring a sound academic interest for new researches as well as encourage scholarly response from the academic intelligentsia.

GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTORS


Rules & Guidelines
If the teachers or Research Scholar intending to publish their articles/ research papers in the first issue of Manaviki are required to submit their manuscript to the author or by e-mail or by post before 30th November. The dead line for the submission of article/research paper for the second issue would be 30th April. After advisory board recommendation article by finally accepted only if Article/Research paper in the format must be within 3000-4000 words including abstract, references and should be Computer typed on A-4 paper (white) in 1.5 line space, only on one side of the paper with a margin on the left side at least 1 inches wide and may not be submitted elsewhere. There should be at least one inch space on the top and bottom of the page. The types manuscript should be clean with headings and sub-headings clearly marked out. Authors are required to submit a C.D. of their manuscript along with the hard copy or send it by mail on under mentioned address. For reviews, we need two copies of the book one for our reference and one for the reviewer. Abstract should be in 100 words and not more than that. Reference should not be given in support of well-known facts. Each reference should be typed in double space at the end of the article and all the references should be in alphabetical order. Reference to article/papers should include- (I). The Name and initials of the author(s) (followed by a comma); in case of an edited work, the name and initials of the editor (followed by a comma) and ed (followed by a comma); (II) Full title italicized, with capital initial for all prominent words (followed by a comma); (III). Volume and part, if any, in capital (followed by a comma); (IV). Edition, if not the first (V). Name of the publisher, place and year of publication (followed by a comma after each item except the last); and (VI). Page numbers (followed by a full stop). For example:

The title of an article should be written in capitals. Below to it in right side author name should be written and initials with first letters in capital and other letters in small. The researcher whose article/research paper contains slide/picture/ image should insure that they send it properly via C.D. or e-mail.
