Quality Assurance
Quality, Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness Look a little closer at FSM and what youll see is a quality environment that surpasses the industry standards of Quality Assurance. We ensure the quality of our services in numerous ways. We use pre-inspection, in-process, and final inspections to monitor the critical parameters of the projects were involved in. Our inventory control process provides total traceability of all FSM field equipment to project and project status reporting. Running six independent milling operations simultaneously, 12 tons of material was removed from six mill stands in 11 days to accomodate new load cell installations. We have adopted the policy that there is no Compromise where the quality of our services are concerned. Mill Windows Setup Our in house program regarding Steel Mill part manufacturing is designed to meet the requirements of MIL Q-9858A, inspection requirements of MIL-I-45208A and calibration system requirements of MIL-C45662.
