In connection with our Accounting Practicum/ Synthesis subject, we would like to request permission to conduct needs assessment on the identified project which is community survey. Furthermore, we wish to request preliminary briefing from you or your representative about the area and also at the same time discuss the objectives and the purpose of the results of this activity.
