(AN ISO 9001: 2008 QMS CERTIFIED) Walk in Interview for Engagement Of 1) Part Time/Full Time Specialist and Senior Residents on contract basis for one year or till regular Specialists/ IMO joins duty whichever is earlier 2) Senior Residents (Tenure 3 years) 3) Homeopathy initially for 6 months on contractual Basis 4) Yoga Instructor initially for 6 months on contractual Basis. Date of interview on 20/7/2011 at 11.00 AM to till it is over for : A) Full Time/ Part Time Specialist Paedatric-01, Ortho 02 B) Homeopathy Physician-01, C) Yoga Instructor 01 Date of interview on 21/7/2011 at 11.00 AM to till it is over for : A) Senior Resident for one year General Duty 02, Medicine-01, Anesthesia-03, Radiology-01, Paedatric-02 B) Senior Resident (tenure for 3 years): Anaesthesia-01, Paedatric-01 Qualification:- 1) Specialist (Full Time /Part Time) on contract basis for one year or till regular specialists joins:- PG Degree/ Diploma with 3 years /5 years work experience in concerned specialty. 2) SRs for 1 year on contract basis or till regular IMOs joins and SRs (tenure for 3 years):P.G. Degree or Diploma in concerned Specialty from recognized university. If such candidates are not available, candidates without PG Qualification having at least 2 years experience out of which having worked for 1 year in concerned Specialty may be considered. 3) Senior Resident General Duty for 1 year on contract basis or till regular IMO joins:A- Recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part- II of third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in SubSection (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. B- Experience 2 years after completion of rotating Internship. 4) Homeopathy Physician B.H.M.S 5) Yoga Instructor Diploma/ Certificate in yoga. Age on 20/7/2011:- 1) Age not exceeding 45/64 years for Full Time Specialist / Part Time specialists respectively 2) Age Not exceeding 35 years for Senior Residents. Relaxation as per rule for SC/ST/OBC. 3) not exceeding 35 years for Homeopathy Physician 4) Not exceeding 65 years for Yoga instructor. Emoluments:- 1) Specialist (Full Time):- Basic Pay 18750/- + 6600/- Grade Pay, DA, HRA and NPA as admissible 2) Specialist (Part Time):- Rs. 40,000/- consolidated per month for two sessions of 2 hours per day into five days in a week + Rs. 8000/- for emergency calls or as per orders issued by ESIC Hqrs. Office from time to time. 3) SR 1 Year :- 1) Basic Pay = Rs. 18,750/- + Grade Pay = Rs. 6600/- for PG Degree holder. It would be reduced by Rs. 600/- Per month for Diploma Holders and the same will be reduced by Rs. 1210/- per month for non PG candidates. Or as per order issued by ESIC Hqrs. Office from time to time. NPA, DA, HRA is admissible as per rules. 4) SR (tenure for 3 years): - Basic Pay Rs. 18750/- + Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- plus allowances as admissible to Central govt. employees. It would be reduced by Rs. 600/- Per month for Diploma Holders and the same will be reduced by Rs. 1210/- per month for non PG candidates. Or as per order issued by ESIC Hqrs. Office from time to time. 5) Homeopathy Physician Rs. 8,000/- consolidated per month. 6) Yoga Instructor Rs. 7500/- consolidated per month. * Reservation for SC/ST/OBC as per Central Govt. Rules. How to Apply: - The eligible and desirous fulfilling the educational qualifications/ eligibility conditions should appear for Walk-in-interview with their application alongwith original certificates and one set of attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of age, qualifications, Attempt, Marks Sheet, Degree, MCI/ State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc. and two recent passport size photographs. Applicants are advised to report to the office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bharat Nagar, Ludhiana on 20/7/2011 and 21/7/2011 dates of interview as mentioned above upto 11.00 AM and candidates who will come after prescribed time liable to rejection. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview. The candidate who is currently in the employment must bring experience certificate (working certificate) failing which his/ her candidature liable to rejection.
