Arquitectonica, Miami, FL 2011 Director of Marketing & Business Development Recruited to design and implement a company-wide marketing plan for each multinational office that targets high-end residential, hotels/resorts, government, institutional, arts & culture, office, retail and sports/public assembly segments. Initially focused on staffing and guiding 3 US offices. Most recently acquired a $65 million project with Pratt Development for a mixed-use hotel tower in Pittsburgh, PA. Revamped and reorganized critical marketing operations and material to ensure a consolidated message during the targeting process, helping the company to achieve a stronger industry visibility in Florida.
