This standard was originally published in. 1957: In the present revision, reference has been made.to IS : 45 I- 1972 regarding matc$-ial, finish, packing, inspection, acceptance and marking. The preferred length and screw number combinations:have also been tabulated. This standard is one of the series of Indian Standards being prepared on wood screws.
