About the Author: William Donius, spent nearly twenty of his thirty years in the corporate world at Pulaski Bank in St. Louis. He led Pulaski Bank through an initial public offering in 1998 and stayed on for an additional twelve years as the Chairman and CEO. Mr. Donius was appointed to serve a two-year term on the U.S. Federal Reserve Board - TIAC Council in Washington, D.C., in 2008. At age 50, he chose to depart the corporate world in order to devote full time to his passions of writing, serving on community boards and advocating for human rights issues.

MAILBOX MUFFINS
Our signature recipe!
Heat mailbox oven over wood coals. Mix all ingredients in large, empty can. Distribute batter evenly into tuna fish cans and place in hot mailbox oven. Bake for 3040 minutes. (Check muffins at 30 minutes to see if they are done). Remove mailbox oven from fire and let cool. When completely cool, remove muffins from mailbox oven and enjoy eating the muffins right out of the cans. You can also top muffins with peanut butter, jelly, or both. Serves four.

1 box muffin mix (any brand or flavor) 1 egg Water (amount according to muffin mix instructions)
