qualities of Kocherla Isaac Shanth in context of his application for the MS programs. He joined this institution in October 2007 for a four-year degree course in Aeronautical engineering with an excellent academic background. He is my student from four years in Bachelor of Engineering program and I have taught him Aerospace Structures, Finite Element and Modelling methods, and Vibrational and Structural Dynamics. He also headed a team of twelve members and designed a working aircraft model named, Vayamaan in his first year of engineering. I was only the internal guide for his project, Design of airships using MATLAB software, which he completed in DRDL, which is one of the best government research institutes in India. As my student we have interacted and exchanged our views on various issues other than academics also. He exhibits a blend of analytical ability, logical reasoning, hard work and sincerity. He possesses high comprehension abilities. Besides being academically good, he has participated in a number of extra curricular activities & and secured one of the top three rank in many of them. He is also involved in organizing college gatherings, seminars and has voluntarily assisted our faculty in official campus activities. He was very quick to grasp the crux of new ideas and his approach to the problem was practical and productive, which is commendable. He presented seminars on new and relevant topics which displayed his knowledge and inclination towards his subjects and at the same time it also displayed his command over his communication and presentation skills which were one of the best to that of any student possesses in his class. I have always found Isaac as humble, down to earth with no airs. He is friendly, helping and a person with integrity. His ability to encourage others, take initiatives and always take things in a positive manner, contribute to his pleasing personality. Apart from his achievements in academics, he has actively participated in various extracurricular activities. I can fairly say that this applicant certainly possesses research potential. He has the capability to implement and convert his theoretical knowledge to produce a fruitful practical work. The one quality that I appreciate about this applicant is that he is always ready to rectify his personal errs, whenever he was suggested with a valid reason to do so. Overall, he as an applicant which in my opinion definitely possesses the quality which fits best in accordance with the requirement as per the criteria for this program. I am very much pleased and strongly recommend him as an applicant for MS program followed by the financial assistance in your institution.
