Scenario
You are working as a fitness conditioner for a professional sports team (your choice as to
which sport). As part of pre-season training, you have been asked to assess the fitness
levels of their players. It is your job to select 3 different fitness tests – relating to different
areas of fitness - for these players to carry out/undertake. Once you have conducted
these tests, you must record and use the results to develop a training programme.

For this assignment, you will work with a partner of your choice and put together a profile
of your work (e.g: a booklet of information). You must BOTH hand in a copy of this work.
