1. Notice inviting Tenders. Sealed Tenders are invited from the interested suppliers / contractors / companies / pre-qualified firms for the supply of the followings. S.# Particulars Qty Earnest Money 2% of total Bid Value 2% of total Bid Value Period of Completion. 1 Month

The intending participants can purchase the set of tender documents against payment of tender fee of Rs.2000/- set. Tenders shall be opened on 5th June 2008, at 2.00 PM in presence of Tender / Opening / Evaluation Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present.

Eligibility conditions for tendering participants are as under:i. Registered with concerned agency in the relevant field of specialization and to the extent of tender amount of each work. ii. Documentary evidence of works of supplies in progress and certificate of satisfactory completion.

Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN) Certificate. Registration with Sales Tax Department (GST) Certificate. Registration with Directorate of Industries Government of Sindh. Undertaking on Affidavit that firm is not involved in any litigation or abandoned any work in the department. The bidders should submit earnest money @ 2% in shape of call deposit pay order / demand draft prepared from the scheduled band in favor of undersigned.

Affidavit with effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true and correct. In case of Firm, list of Partners / Partnership Deed, giving full particulars of Directors / Properties of other connected along with power of attorney. In case of being sole proprietors such under taking on affidavit may be furnished.

The undersigned reserves right to accept or reject any or all the tenders or enhance / reduce the quantity amount without assigning any reason and decision shall be final in this regard.

Earnest money @ 2% of bid amount in shape of Pay Order / Call Deposit / Demand Draft or in shape of unconditional bank guarantee in favor of the undersigned should be enclosed with the tenders.
