Provisioning, Circle testing and support day to day operation. b. Configuration part Includes New GT defined, USSD codes, New Template as per Client Requirement, Definition in call forwarding table, Modification of Subscriber data as Per requirement of client.

c. Trouble Shooting of HLR issues like issue in LU, MT calls etc. Providing support to RA,
Health checkup, System Performance, Fault Analysis, Report Generation, Traces and Alarm monitoring.

d. Provide technical Support to Client, circle Operation and Maintenance Teams.

e.
