You now can purchase this unique productivity tool from REM Services, Inc. that allows the user/engineer to extract the PLM/SFC logic from a DeltaV FHX file to highly transportable HTML and Visio files. This is the same tool the REM Services, Inc. uses when it implements a project for a customer. Phase or SFC Logic is exported into FHX files which are then copied to your personal PC. A simple rightclick on the FHX file in Windows Explorer brings up menu choices for documenting to HTML or a graphical export to Visio.

So How Does it Work?

Just copy a FHX to any non-DeltaV computer and then right click and select the Generate Documentation pick as shown below:

Documentor 2.0 then generates a directory structure for each phase:

If you want a Visio output, just right click on the FHX and select Export to Visio. The results are stored in the same directory structure you get one HTML file and one Visio for each configured state within the phase:
