1. Introduction
This document consists of terminologies specific to the problem domain explaining the terms that may be unfamiliar to the user.

The purpose of this glossary is to define certain terms that is unfamiliar to the user .

Scope

We get an entire overview of the project. It is also useful for understanding the various terms used in the project for unsophisticated users.

Overview
It consists of the definitions of different roles played by different classes of the project.

Definitions
The terms involved in this project are defined below

Customer
Customer interacts with the employees, know the product and purchase them.

Producer
Views customer detail, maintain stock and provides billing and delivery of products.

Database Administrator
Maintains and update database, restricts unauthorized access of the database.

Maintenance

The stock maintenance is used for easy access of details of the products and provides efficient maintenance.

Change control board

The database administrator has the responsibility to ensure that every change request is properly considered, authorized and coordinates.

Update: It is a general term used in the project to update the current status of the product availability.

Developer

A person responsible for develop the required functionality in accordance with project-adopted standards and procedures. This can include performing activities in any of the requirements, analysis & design, implementation, and test disciplines.

Quality Assurance (QA)

The function of Quality Assurance is the responsibility of (reports to) the Project Manager and is responsible for ensuring that project standards are correctly and verifiably followed by all project staff.
