Saboor Residency Mallah Nagla road Aligarh. Description: This is a residential multi storeyed building. I was the planner, designer and developer of this project. The project has been so designed to break it into two phases independent of each other. This made it easier and feasible for the builder to complete the construction work on the deadline. Currently the first phase is completed with residents shifting in while the second phase work is at finishing stage with half of occupants already shifted in. Afzal Apartment Sir Syed Nagar Aligarh. Description: This is also a residential project. I was the designer, planner and site supervisor of this project, currently it is under construction. The project has been so designed to separate MIG and HIG flats from each other, while making it feasible to construct the building in phases as per site conditions. Rifa complex Medical road Aligarh Description: it is a complex comprising market and residential flats. The planning and designing was done by me. The building is so design to separate out the entrance of the market from the residential area without causing any nuisance.
