Installation Guide: 1. Step 1 (main screen)

Please make sure you have GPRS, EDGE or 3G icon (not gprs, edge or 3g) appear. 2. Step 2 (go to BlackBerry App World)

3. Step 3 (perform the Search)

Open the Search and type free Enterprise Activation 4. Step 4 (loading search)

5. Step 5 (select Enterprise Activation)

Scroll and select the Enterprise Activation 6. Step 6 (download)

Press the download button. Make sure the application is from Research in Motion Limited

7. Step 7 (login)

You need to login to perform the download. If you dont have any, please create one. 8. Step 8 (Acknowledgement)

Download will start immediately and acknowledgement pop-up will appear when the installation finished.

9. Step 9 (open Enterprise Activation)

Go to main menu and find the Enterprise Activation icon. 10. Step 10 (accept the T&C)

From the BlackBerry home screen select the Enterprise Activation icon. If you do not see this icon, go to Options and then select Advanced Options and finally Enterprise Activation. 6

11. Step 11 (Enterprise Activation)

You will then be prompted to enter your Exchange Email address along with the Activation Password provided by the BES Administrator. Then click the track wheel or trackball and select Activate.

Your BlackBerry Enterprise Service will then begin to activate. It will take a number of minutes to enable and download everything over the air to your BlackBerry device.

When activation is complete you will see an alert on your device. Click on OK to finalize the activation and begin using your BlackBerry Service.
