Introduction There are many complications connected to internet obsession such as the students misuse time with online games causing a plunge in their exam results and jeopardizing their physical health.

Body A. Firstly, this obsession is causing students to misuse precious time with online games. 1. To relieve unpleasant and overwhelming feeling. ( Joanna Saisan, 2010 ) a) Victims who feel lonely, stressed out and depressed tend to be addicted to the internet. i) Through online games, victims would play for hours without noticing the time because even through games, they could interact with others as well. Some people take games as Mans best friend because it accompanies them every time a big problem comes to face.

ii)

b) The victims are probably suffering from the desire to not want to deal with stressful situations in their lives. ( John M.Grohol, 2005 ) i) When the game become their world, they would not feel the pain which had stroked them minutes ago. Their minds are completely in the game zone. So, they would think only of the game and nothing other than that.

ii)

2. Even so this problem is, there are ways in overcoming this time misuse problem. a) Family should take action

i)

They should spend more time with the victim. ( Christopher S.Stewart, 2010 ) Never leave their child lonely and hunger for attention

ii)

b) Friends should lend a hand as well. i) Friends could help by asking him or her out and see the world rather than looking at the electronic junk. They could give advices because teenagers always take advices from friends rather than their parents.

ii)

B. Secondly, the complication of this obsession will cause a plunge in their exam results. ( Christopher S.Stewart, 2010 ) 1. The victim looses focus in class a) Even they are present in class, their mind is wondering off elsewhere. i) They would be thinking about internet, social or games the whole time.

b) The victim obviously does not have enough sleep. So, the person could barely open his or her eyes in class. Maybe they knocked out in class. i) When they are really into this internet stuff, they probably dont even notice the time because time flies when you are having fun. Sometimes they even chose to be an owl because of this obsess problem.

ii)

2. There are also solutions for this matter. a) Parents should really look out for their child. i) ii) Strictly forbid them to stay up late. They should construct a time-table systematically.

b) The victim should be consulted to the psychologist or therapist ( Dr. Dave Greenfield, 1999)

C. Lastly, Internet addiction should be cured because it will surely jeopardize humans physical health. 1. It could be seen when a victim have been playing online for at least six hours a day for three months straight. ( Christopher S.Stewart, 2010) a) The person will be experiencing a profound sense of emotional, even physical. i) The victim would look horrible. The eyes would probably be like a pandas eyes. b) Looking at computers for hours can make victims eyes be in a shortsightedness condition. (Medic4Health, n.d). i) Humans eyes are not suppose to be used to stare at computers because it will force your eyes to focus on it. When victim is too focused, the eyes sharpness will decrease.

2. However, there is still a way to cure this problem. a) Take steps to lead a healthy life. i) ii) Exercise frequently to keep the complexion look healthy. For the eyes, the person should rest the eyes after surfing the internet by looking at things in all sorts of light from sunlight to bright sunlight. ( Robert McDowell, 2001 )

Conclusion. Obviously, the misuse of time with online games, exam results getting worse and health being jeopardize is caused by the complication of internet obsession.
