11-45695 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) Deputies were called to the 2000 block of Melbourne Dr, Village of Dexter, on 9/20/2011 to investigate the theft of a GPS system stolen from a parked car. The victim told deputies their property was stolen from inside of their parked car sometime during the night. No suspect information was available. The incident remains under investigation.

11-45697 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) Deputies from Scio Twp are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter stolen from a parked car sometime on 9/19/2011. The victim told investigators their car was parked at the Park and Ride near Miller Rd and M-14. When they returned to their car at the end of the day, they discovered the catalytic converter had been removed. No suspect information was known. The theft remains under investigation.

11-45720 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) Deputies are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter believed to have been stolen in the 2100 block of Golfside Rd. The victim contacted police on 9/20/2011, after discovering the converter missing from their car. Investigators are attempting to determine when the incident occurred; it is believed the theft occurred sometime during the night. No arrests have been made. The incident remains under investigation by area deputies.

11-45726 (LARCENY OF FIREARMS) Deputies are investigating the theft of multiple firearms stolen from a storage barn in the 7000 block of North Territorial Rd, Webster Twp. The theft was reported to the Sheriffs Office on 9/20/2011; investigators are still attempting to determine when the theft occurred. The victim told investigators that multiple firearms were removed from their storage barn by an unknown person. The victim was unable to provide any suspect information. The incident continues to be investigated by area deputies. No further details were available at the time of this posting. 11-45765 (HOME INVASION) Deputies from Superior Twp are investigating the theft of copper pipe taken from a vacant rental property in the 1000 block of East Clark Rd. The victim called police on 9/20/2011 after discovering that copper piping had been removed from the basement of their rental house. It is unknown when the incident occurred. No suspect information was available. The case remains open.
