To put the scene together I start with applying strong glue with a q-tip to the bottom of the bottle, then I inserted the grass piece and pressed it down on the bottom till it sticked. Now put a little bit of glue on the bottom of the trunk, the easiest way to get the tree in the bottle is to put it between a pair of tweezers and stick it in, this way you can add pressure on the part that needs to be glued.
