PROJECT PERFECT Memorandum of Understanding 1.

This memorandum expresses the relationship (responsibilities and rights) of the participant partners (who uphold and, do not violate human rights and, rational moral conduct) in deciding and creating a project, researching and developing on a project, and executing and sustaining a project, that we embark on, which is beneficial to humanity and the ecology. 2. This memorandum holds sway, for no less than two participant partners, to no more than twelve participant partners, who embark on a project. 3. Our responsibilities: We the participant partners, contribute input to a project we embark on according to our natural and acquired talents, experience, expertise, affiliations, resources, and resourcefulness. 4. Our rights: We the participant partners, share equal recognition or status, essentially and generally as participant partners, and specifically according to our responsibilities or roles that we fulfil, as regards a project we embark on; and we the participant partners, share rewards or profits, equally, from a project we embark on. 5. Participant partners that embark on a project may range from individuals to corporations, and to communities as well as to nations, even extending to unions and or leagues of nations. 6. At each stage of a project we embark on, from deciding and creating a project, to researching and developing on a project, to executing and sustaining a project, we the participant partners, state, document and archive our contribution(s) of input to a project, from the time we become participant partners: Even as we first and foremost state, document and archive our curriculum vitae or resume; that is, our bio-data, and our natural and acquired talents, experience, expertise, affiliations, resources, and resourcefulness. And these statements, documents and archives may be reviewed and updated from time to time, with due notification provided to the participant partners who embark on a project, within a month of the review and update. 7. With the above items, 1 to 6, duly acknowledged, and met or fulfilled, we the participant partners, whose signatures are herein appended on this memorandum, where provided for, do henceforth fulfil our responsibilities to one another, humanity and the ecology, as regards a project we embark on, from the dates we each append our signatures on this memorandum. 8. With the above items, 1 to 7, duly acknowledged, and met or fulfilled, we the participant partners, do henceforth share recognition according to our responsibilities or roles fulfilled, from the time we publicize our partnership, as regarding a project we embark on; and we the participant

partners, share rewards or profits, equally, from the time rewards or profits accrue to us the participant partners, from a project we embark on. 9. With the above items, 1 to 8, duly acknowledged, and met or fulfilled, as regards a project we embark on, that is summarized and or detailed in the accompanying document, we the participant partners, herein append our signatures on the dates recorded, where provided for. And in fulfilment of the above item 6, we the participant partners, do herein attach documents, for archive purposes, which state our curriculum vitae, that is, our bio-data, our natural and acquired talents, experience, expertise, affiliations, resources, and resourcefulness.
