Description
Personnel : Contains the requirements parameters, details employee data, all transactions (absence, penalty, vacation, holiday and change of status) and reports for all parameters, all details employee data and all transactions data. Payroll : Contains the requirements parameters, employee salary (payments and deductions), employee installments (loans) and reports for all parameters and employee salary. Export bank file (Allows creating the bank text or excel file by the format which bank need). General ledger interface (Allows exporting text file to interface with general ledger and create JV report). Security: Allows to adding unlimited Users groups and users accounts. The users security level per form (view, add, edit and delete) and per department employees data. The system has a log file which contains all changes on the system per user. Report Generator Allows designing your own reports and saving these reports to reprint it any time and you can export the reports to excel sheet. Attendance sheet All transactions entered through HR department, department interface or attendance machine create the attendance sheet automatically.

Additional Personnel transactions

Description
Contains the following transactions: Over time, late, termination, contract renewal, employee experience, health certificate, work permeation and reports for all this transactions. Allows scanning any documents and attaching the documents to the employee data. Allows enter the no. of employees for each title and the system compares between the budget and the actual employees and determents the short or the over for each title. Allows to adding courses groups, training planes and assign employee to training and follow up the training plan and the actual training through reports. Allows to adding buildings, rooms, rooms contains, rooms capacity, room cost and assign employee to building and room and follow up the staff housing and its availability through reports. Allows to adding employee medical invoices, employee medical visits and follow up the medical invoices cost and medical visits through reports. Allows to adding evaluations type, assign the evaluations to the employee and follow up the employees evaluations through reports. Allows to interface with attendance machine which mange employee effectives (late, over time and absence). Allows to the departments enter employee transactions (salary increase, absence, penalty, vacation and over time) and this transactions transfer to HR department. From the employees data, department parameters and title parameters the organization chart create as a tree its root the company, the departments, titles and employees data. The system export employee data, transactions and employee history and import this data to the system for another company.
