their energies, thereby contributing in my own small way, to the
process of nation building, while rearing them as global citizens.

Education fighter, I have been associated with teaching at various levels for
quite some years now. Beginning with active participation in literacy
campaigns at the Dhaniakhali Block level when in 11th standard,
through the diverse experiences enlisted above; culminating in a
brief 3 months (September 2000 to December 2000) at Chittagong
Grammar School, Chittagong, (an International school affiliated to
the Round Square Group)I have been privileged to interact with the
student community in its widest range. Such varied experiences
have taught me that the essence of education is not to teach one
anything, but to help find it within himself. In this spirit therefore, I
have made it my mission to lead my students by example and to
mingle my capabilities with their energies. This enables me to
contribute in my own small way, to the task of nation building, while
they are reared as global citizens too.
