COMPONENTS ANALYZED Shells & Heads,Conical Section, Half-Pipe Jackets on cylindrical shells, Floating Heads : under internal or external pressure, calculate the maximum allowable

working pressure (MAWP) , the required thickness for a specified working pressure,Bending stress and discontinuity stresses at cone-to-cylinder junctures based on ASME Section VIII, Division 1 . Nozzles: under internal or external pressure, calculate the area of replacement, MDMT, mimimum neck thickness, weld strength, minimum weld size and large nozzle and hillside calculations. Flanges: calculates the required thickness, MAWP and code-defined stresses for virtually any geometry. Included are ASME Section VIII Appendicies 2 and Y (stress calculations) and Appendix S (rigidity calculations). Fabricated Piping Intersections: (ANSI B31.3), calculate the required thickness due to internal pressure, required & available area of reinforcement and MAWP. Base Rings:calculate the required thickness of the gussest, skirt and annular baseplates due to wind or seismic moments and the local stress and required thickness of the top plate. Large Openings in Flat Heads:calculate the stresses and allowables based on ASME Section VIII, Division 1, Appendicies 2 and 14. Tubesheets: and flanged extension, calculate the required thickness using TEMA or ASME methods, determine allowable tube stresses, tube-to-tubesheet joint loads and allowable loads. Nozzle Loads :calculate local stresses due to external loads according to WRC bulletins 107 and 297, as well as PD5500 Appendix G. Allowable stresses are also computed. Horizontal Vessels :under pressure on saddle points, calculate the stresses (using Zick Analysis) at important points on the vessel and saddles for various conditions including wind and seismic loads. Vessel Attachments: calculate stresses on legs, supporting lugs and lifting lugs, including their allowable limits. Also calculate stresses on cap type and continuous top support rings (girder rings). Flanged & Flued Expansion Joints:calculate the stress, cycle life and spring rate in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and TEMA Standards. Metal Bellows Expansion Joints:calculate the stress and cycle life for both reinforced and non-reinforced bellows per ASME Section VIII, Division 1, Appendix 26. Rectangular and non-circular vessels:calculate the MAWP and stress, including stayed or reinforced geometry, per ASME Section VIII, Division 1, Appendix 14.
