5 Education: (Note: Only list schools from which youve graduated and/or earned degrees. Please indicate if currently attending.) (Note: If youve completed a certificate program, please list in Other row and indicate certificate obtained.) Should you be elected, what are three specific areas youd like to change, address, improve or further research, and how specifically would you go about it? It will be critical to maintain our infrastructure in view of the decreasing income available to us because the state is reducing/eliminating Local Government. The only solution is to look for innovative ways to continue maintaining our infrastructure which would include new techniques, cooperative efforts with surrounding townships and using available grants. Of course as always diligent control of tax expenditures will be the norm. Work with the County and State agencies to try to correct the extreme flood situation on heavy rains. This past year has shown that we are not prepared to prevent the severe water flooding in major sections of the township, primarily in the southeast quadrant of the township. Right now there are no good answers but we have to start now to solve the problem. The single thing above all others that allows us to live in semi-rural environment here in Chester Township is the protection of our ground water. Since the township had its authority to oversee gas well installations a trustee must rely on citizen groups to be ever vigilant. We must also avoid any actions that would cause the EPA to start looking into our ground water.

Whether for past accomplishments or future goals, why should voters elect you? Pretty simple. The present Board consisting of me, Judy Caputo and Mike Joyce are a team whose total effort as trustees is to serve the residents to our best ability. I have always liked helping people and I do a good job of it as a trustee. I would like a chance to continue working for the residents as part of a good team of trustees.
