Advise Marketing Managers in regards to the development of effective and measurable campaigns with specific calls to action. For a few month I worked as a 999 emergency call operator but with the call centre closing, I secured a position at Sage in technical support. Combining my computer knowledge, my numeracy skills and my professional and friendly personality and ability for talking to people. It made sense and paid well. 10 years later, and Im still there. Ive been married, had two more children and though still at Sage, Ive moved around in a few positions along the way to where I am now.

I spent a 9 month secondment on a specialist sales team in the role of team manager. Responsible for coaching and motivating the team to achieve revenue targets. I had to identify and generate potential sources of revenue through valuable conversation with our existing customer base.
Throughout my career at Sage, Ive been actively involved with our CSR team taking part in a number of charity and fundraising activities including Its a Knockout, cycling coast to coast and The Sage Apprentice.
I knew back then that somehow, someway and in some form, performing arts was in my blood.
