Work Experience
Support and administer enterprise servers and applications. Platform owned: Active Directory,
Exchange, File and Print, DNS and Terminal servers located in Philippines and US sites
Operational tasks includes troubleshooting, backup, maintenance and technical support for
systems and applications that run on those systems
Provides Tier III support and problem resolution to platform issues escalated by Tier II and IT

Manage and supervise helpdesk operations providing technical support and assistance to
users, including installation and configuration of operating system and office applications
Oversees Technical Support operations: supervision and monitoring of Technical Consultants,
staff scheduling and resource allocation, addresses issue resolutions
Handle technical relationships with support partners and 3rd party vendors
Provides technical support and consultancy for Microsoft Products: Windows 2000/2003
Active Directory, Systems Management Server 2.0/2003, Exchange 5.5/2000/2003, Proxy
Server 2.0, ISA Server 2000/2004/2006
Provides technical support and consultancy for Citrix Metaframe XP and Presentation Server.
Provides technical support and consultancy for anti-virus systems: TrendMicro, Symantec,
BitDefender
Provides technical support and consultancy for various infrastructure solutions: fax solutions,
server monitoring, security solutions, patch management, anti-spam solutions
