BOARD COMMENTS
Trash Disposal
Fall is here! As you begin to clean up gardens and fower beds, please remember to place yard waste
in brown paper bags outside the dumpster.
Waste Management has brought to our attention that residents are improperly disposing of hazardous
waste items including paint cans and medical waste, (such as needles, soiled dressings, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
Discarding old paint cans in the regular trash can create an environmental hazard and cause
problems for sanitation workers if the cans rupture or leak. Get rid of any extra paint in the cans
before disposing of them, and let the cans dry out with the lids off before discarding them.
Medical items are considered a biohazardous waste material and must not be disposed of in our
dumpsters. Improper disposal of these items is a liability as it may cause injury or spread infection.
It is recommended that you place the waste in a hard container (like a coffee can) immediately after
it is generated and secure the lid tightly. Once it is full, dispose of the container by taking the
waste to an appropriate collection site, (such as your doctors offce, a hospital or pharmacies).
For hazardous waste correct disposal procedures and locations, please call 734-326-3936.

Pet Pails
As you recall, Pet Pails have been installed in some courts to see their effectiveness. The Court Captain
Committee is working at tweaking that program. Pet owners, when walking your dogs, please use the
Pet Pails when disposing of the animal waste. Thank you for your cooperation.
Boofest

HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES - September 19, 2011
The monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Highland Lakes Condominium Association was on the 20th day of June,
2011, in accordance with the By-Laws of the Association. President Kathy Baldwin called the September 19, 2011 regular
meeting of the Board of Directors to order at 7:30 p.m.
Attendance
The following Directors were present: Kathy Baldwin, Michelle Todorov, Kathleen Connor, Tom Byrne, Sandy Nolan, Clem
Tulley and Judy Nakdimen. Also present were Joe Poma, Property Manager, Ken Wiewiora, Maintenance Superintendent, and
Shannon Crowley, Administrative Assistant. Approximately 10 Co-Owners were also present.
Family Social Committee Report: See page 13
Michelle Todorov reported to the Board.
Board Action: Motion by Judy Nakdimen, support by
Sandy Nolan to accept the Family Social Committee
Report as printed dated August 23, 2011 and the
recommendation to change the name to the Community
Social Committee. All in favor. Motion passed.
Court Captain Committee Report: See page 14
Robert Armstrong reported to the Board.
Board Discussion: Tom asked Robert about the
progress of the Pet Pails program. Robert reported
that the program is still in a trial period in selected
courts, (13 pet pails installed). He has requested that the
court captains report how the program is going in their
individual courts. Robert said that they are working to
improve it so it can be an effective program for Highland
Lakes, saying that any improvement in reducing the
amount of pet waste is the goal. The court captains
are working to tweak, improve and expand the system.
Robert said that he welcomes feedback and suggestions
from co-owners at the October Court Captain meeting.
Kathleen commented that some people are using the
using the pails improperly by putting other refuse in
the pails. Earl Smith said that hes also seen full bags
of trash thrown in the pails instead of the dumpsters.
Robert added that, although that is not what the pails
were intended for, its better to have the loose trash in
the pails than to have litter on the ground around the
dumpster. Earl stated that he feels that much of the
problem with the loose trash is animals getting into the
bags and tearing them open. Kathy suggested that a
little drop of ammonia added to the bottom of trash
bags would deter the animals from tearing into the bags.
Board Action: Motion by Kathleen Connor support by,
Sandy Nolan to accept the Court Captain Committee
Report dated September 1, 2011. All in favor. Motion
passed.
Grounds Committee Report: See report on page 15
Earl Smith reported to the Board.
Board Action: Motion by Sandy Nolan support by, Judy
Nakdimen to accept Grounds Committee Report dated
September 6, 2011. All in favor. Motion passed.
Herald Committee Report: See report on page 16
Marty Tingstad reported to the Board. He added that,
although the minutes indicate possibly putting a photo
of the clubhouse on the cover of every Herald, he
doesnt feel that would be a feasible option. He said
that in the future hed be working with Shannon to
develop a new design for the front cover so that the
Highland Lakes logo remains prominent.
Clem requested that the misspelling of his name be
corrected for the report.
Board Action: Motion by Kathleen Connor support by,
Tom Byrne to accept Herald Committee Report dated
September 12, 2011. All in favor. Motion passed.
Clubhouse Committee Report: See report on page 17
Judy OConnor reported to the Board.
Discussion: Robert Armstrong asked if the previous
clock for the Highland Room was returned for a refund.
Judy answered that it was and the store credit was used
to purchase the new clock.
Michelle requested that the time for the Clubhouse
Decorating Party be published in the report; in the
past the party lasted from 3p-5p. Judy was concerned
that the committee would not be able to complete
the decorating in that short amount of time. Judy
(Nakdimen) suggested that the committee begin the
decorating earlier in the day (around noon), and then
families could come from 3p-5p, which will be listed on
the fyer.
Joel Lutz asked about the charge for renting the clubhouse
until 12:30 a.m., saying that since this is 3 hours after

the clubhouse offcially closes, the fee should be enough
to compensate a staff member keeping the clubhouse
open for the event. Judy (Nakdimen) explained that
the fxed rental fee for the 7p-12:30a time slot takes
the additional staff member into consideration, and
is included in the charge. She further explained that
the committee recommendation refers to the two hour
lag between the two permitted rental slots (1p-5p and
7p-12:30a). If a person books an event using both time
slots (1p-12:30a), the committee is recommending a $70
charge be applied to cover the two hours between 5p
and 7p.
Board Action: Motion by Tom Byrne support by Sandy
Nolan to accept the Clubhouse Committee Report dated
September 12, 2011 and their two recommendations.
All in favor. Motion passed.
Engineering Committee Report: See report on page 18
Terry McNally reported to the Board. With regards to the
recommendations, Terry explained that in the contract
portion concerning the deck/patios, they sign the
contract, but not with the full detail, which then compels
the engineering committee to have the owners sign off
on one of the two deck/patio diagrams in the contract
because the details in the diagram are not detailed
elsewhere in the contract. This is causing additional time
and footwork that could be avoided if the diagrams were
signed upon submission.
Tom asked Terry if the Engineering Committee was
recommending that the Board direct management to
obtain the proper signatures on the diagrams at the time
the request is submitted. Shannon said that she would
make sure that the signature line is added to the diagrams
in the contract with the appropriate verbiage.
With regard to the egress windows, there was some
discussion about new codes and requirements and the
need to update the request form to address those items.
Board Action: Motion by Michelle Todorov, support
by Sandy Nolan, to accept the modifed Engineering
Committee Report as printed dated September 14,
2011 with the recommendations. All in favor. Motion
passed.
Pool Committee Report: See report on page 19
Kathleen Connor Reported to the Board.
Discussion: Kathleen added to the written report that the
committee discussed hosting 3 all-ages night swims for
the 2012 summer season. Sandy explained that the all-
ages night swims would be announced by posting a yellow
fag outside of the clubhouse and would be dependant
on the weather. The dates would be discussed with Joe
a week prior so that the pool can be properly staffed for
the later hours.
Tom added that at the pool meeting, the committee voted
in favor of hosting the three all-ages night swims next
season, although the end time detail was not included in
the motion; Tom requested that the minutes refect the
motion was made and passed by a majority vote, and that
it be included as a recommendation to the board. He
further requested that items not voted on in the committee
meeting be removed from the board recommendations.
Kathleen also added to the report that Jayson Oliver
recommended constructing a Shade Sail shade structure
for the baby pool area for next year. The information has
been given to Joe for him to review.
Board Action: Motion by Tom Byrne, support by
Clem Tulley, to accept Pool Committee Report dated
September 13, 2011 as modifed by the board and
approve the recommendation to host 3 all-ages night
swims in 2012. All in favor. Motion passed.
Discussion: Earl Smith asked if the Pool Committee
had anything favorable to say about the lifeguards this
season, as the report refected only negative; He shared
that his experience with them was favorable and that the
lifeguards were very courteous and personable. Tom
answered that at the meeting, no committee member or
liaison had anything positive to say about the lifeguards.
Kathy added that, although she also had issue with the
poor maintenance of the patio/locker room area, from
her perspective, the lifeguards were very respectful
and took care of the children and were very watchful.
Kathy explained that, as a board member, she doesnt
share her opinion at committee meetings unless asked.
Earl added that all residents can help to keep the locker
rooms cleaner by being courteous of others by cleaning
up after themselves.
Joe remarked that he received compliments throughout
the summer from various residents regarding the
lifeguards. Erik Peterson saved a childs life who was
struggling in the water and could not make it to the
edge. The guards also went out and rescued a family
who was sinking in a paddle boat in the middle of Silver
Spring Lake. Joe said that he was not satisfed with the
unkempt locker rooms and trash on the patio, and in
the future he will implement a checklist to ensure the
daily maintenance of the pool and patio area is taken
care of. Regarding the pool committees request that
the lifeguards be given a copy of the pool rules, Joe
explained that each guard was given a copy of the rules
at the beginning of the season; whether they read it and
followed up on it is something different. Next year, Joe
will be seeking a head lifeguard with stronger leadership
qualities that will be able to enforce the written policy.
He reiterated that he received many positive comments
about the lifeguards this season, but unfortunately, the
positive are too easily forgotten - the foremost being
the saving of a life, if not several. If that was my kids
life that the lifeguard saved, I could overlook the locker rooms not

Co-Owner Forum
Robert Armstrong: With regards to the Rippling Lane
river clean-up, that was done earlier in the summer and
the grass seed planted in the area, Robert asked the cost
of the clean up, and what account it was being charged
to.
Joe explained that the work that was done is on Highland
Lakes property, and he had received several complaints
from the Rippling Lane homeowners about the
condition of the area behind their homes. All of the
storm sewers from the homes drain into that river; over
the years because of soil erosion and brush growth, the
natural drainage areas have been choked with vegetation
not allowing the water to drain properly, and created
a mosquito infested swamp environment behind the
homes. Joe said that after he received the report from
the homeowners, he surveyed the area, discussed the
issue with the board and contracted with a company
to dredge / backhoe the area to correct the drainage.
He explained that he didnt have the fgures with him,
but the monies would most likely be taken from the
grounds budget. Joe reiterated that the work was not a
cosmetic upgrade, but was a engineering, maintenance
requirement to facilitate drainage.
Joel Lutz remarked that it was a liability as well; if the river
had fooded into the homes on Rippling Lane, HLCA
would be responsible.
Kathy asked Robert if it would be appropriate if Joe
present the complete details to the fnance committee at
their meeting on September 22nd. Robert agreed.
Robert asked if Highland Lakes only dredged our side of
the river. Ken explained that Highland Lakes owns and
is responsible for the entire river. He further explained
that during a heavy rainfall the water that should have
been draining was being diverted to Silver Spring Lake.
Robert asked if the grass planted would have to be mowed
and maintained. Joe answered that the grass was planted
to prevent soil erosion on the banks and will not be
mowed. Robert asked about the wood that was added
to the walkway. Ken answered that he added the new
path and the handrails because the bank toward the left
side of the bridge was starting to erode away also, and it
was a safety hazard.
Robert asked if the board voted to spend the money
to have the work done. Tom answered that he didnt
remember voting for having the work done, but he
would check the records and have an answer at the
fnance committee meeting.
Michelle Todorov: Michelle explained that for a long
time Highland Lakes has approached the city of
Northville to create a pathway from Highland Lakes
to Downtown Northville, but nothing happened. The
city is now planning on paving a pathway from the new
development on Sheldon Road into Downtown, and
Highland Lakes has an opportunity to be included in
that plan. There is a planning meeting on October 5th
at 6:30p at the Senior Community Center to discuss it
and youll have an opportunity to voice your opinion.
Joe added that one of our residents went to a local Meet-
and-Greet with the new representative for District
20, Kurt Heise, and shared our concerns about the
condition of Silver Spring Drive. He told her that he
knows people in county and will be placing phone calls
on our behalf. Joe said that he is still collecting the
signatures on the petition.
Kathy reported that Mary Ellen Kings home will be
featured in the AAUW Home Tour on September 24th.
The Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.

being cleaned. You never hear a word from anybody about saving
that kids life or jumping over the pool fence and swimming out
to the middle of Silver Spring Lake to rescue a family. That is
something I doubt very highly that I will read in a Pool Committee
report.
With regard to the late night swims, Judy OConnor asked
that a notice be published in the Herald to remind co-
owners to Look for the Yellow Flag. Sandy suggested
also posting a sandwich board in front of the clubhouse
to draw more attention to the yellow fag. Ken said that
he could have a pre-printed sign prepared to post on the
days of the night swim.

MANAGEMENT REPORT
TO: Board of Directors, Co-Owners
FROM: Joe Poma, Property Manager
RE: Property Managers Report
DATE: September 19, 2011
1. Its that time of year again when the outside temperature fuctuates widely day by day and with it
will come the usage of the freplaces. It brings with it a certain comfort level knowing that all of the
systems have been cleaned and inspected. We must have removed a truckload of fammable bird
nesting material and caught about 100 potential disasters, but I am also conscious that with the re-
roofng of 10 buildings and the inspections, there may be a false sense of security going forward.
Remember next year to do your own brief inspection and keep an eye on the nesting material,
because it takes one season to fll your chimney cap with debris. For those of you that still want to
decommission your freplace, even if it was found to be in good condition, let me know. Electric
units are safe, cheap and do not need the cleaning. You may also opt for something fancier, but at
least it will be new. Finally, please remember that nothing is more important than your own safety
awareness and that of your neighbor.
2. The advent of street lighting project this year, gutter cleaning and fall cleanup is coming up quickly.
We will be attempting to make this winter as hassle-free as possible by removing those annoying
leaves that create waterfalls over your porch.
3. You should be setting a date to winterize your home. Turn off the outside water spigot from the
basement, because you no longer need to water the grass or fowers. Replace your furnace flter and
smoke detector batteries. Are you traveling for the upcoming season? Make sure that you turn off
your main water supply, adjust your thermostat to at least 55 degrees and change the batteries in the
thermostat even if you are not certain that they need to be replaced. One of the things that happens
to an otherwise winterized home is that the thermostat batteries fail, the furnace does not turn on and
the pipes freeze. Likewise, residents turn their power off and the same thing happens. A burst pipe
and water leaking for just a couple of hours is a fortune to repair.
4. The roofng project for 2011 has concluded with new roofs on 10 of our buildings, including gutters,
downspouts, chimney box cladding, caps and trim work. The roofs this year, as in coming years, are
rated for 40 years. I am just as interested as you are to see how the added attic insulation will affect
the interior temperatures of your home and the heating bills.
5. The asphalt and concrete projects for 2011 are winding down and included work to Lyric Court, Old
Bridge, Kenyon and various other places that were in disrepair. I would like to thank all of those
who were courteous and cooperative during the repairs, and also those who walked a little further
to get to their homes because of it. I am much more thankful than you that the projects are complete.
In terms of headaches with these projects, the residents of Old Bridge should get together with the
residents from Windsor and have a backyard party... on the front lawn. You are a perfect match.
6. If you stop by the clubhouse to get a cup of coffee, please be careful not to spill any on the carpet as
you are walking. It is far better to fll the cup half way and make a return trip. We will typically clean
the clubhouse carpet once per year, but I have had to call them about 3 times this year because the
carpeting was a mess. We also have lids for the cups.
7. I know you have received your recent round of annoying bylaws amendment letters, but please do
not forget to vote or it will never go away. We are within 70-80 votes of getting this resolved and the
Board has given the residents plenty of time. We are noticing that it is much more an issue of voter
apathy than resistance or distrust. Thanks for your cooperation.

COMMITTEE: Clubhouse MEETING DATE: September 12, 2011

COMMITTEE: Pool MEETING DATE: September 13, 2011
SUBJECTS DISCUSSED:
1. Pool closing party was a great success in spite of the weather.
2. Next season will have 3 adult swim nights, 3 hot dog days, pool opening/closing parties.
3. The committee also voted to include 3 All-ages Night Swims during the 2012 season (once per month);
these night swims will not be on the calendar, but will be dependant on the weather and announced by
the posting of the yellow fag outside of the clubhouse.
4. Member discussed moldy noodles. Since they are now in the pool all the time, this may be a problem to
keep them from getting moldy. New noodles will be purchased next year.
5. Inventory was taken by Ken, Maintenance Superintendent, and listing given to Joy Gaskin.
6. Lifeguards conduct was discussed:
Locker rooms were not clean
Deck tables & chairs were not cleaned daily
Trash was not taken from the patio daily
Very seldom were 2 lifeguards on the deck at one time.
The committee discussed that the pool rules should be given to each lifeguard prior to pool opening. A
document should be written to have each lifeguard sign, indicating they have read the rules, understand
the rules, and will follow them. This way every lifeguard should have the same understanding and
eliminate confusion and/or conficting information which was previously given to residents.
These issues will be discussed directly with the Property Manager, Joe Poma.
7. A copy of the pool rules were distributed to those interested and new members.
8. Joy Gaskin ordered new umbrellas, stands, etc. from next years budget. The committee is also considering
installing a Shade Sail over the baby pool area as suggested by Jayson Oliver.
9. Christmas Party was discussed; more information will follow in the November meeting. Volunteers
will be needed to wrap packages, setup, and cleanup the night of the party. Mark your calendars for the
Christmas Party on Saturday, December 3rd.
The Pool Committee would also want to thank the Grounds Committee for their thoughtfulness and generosity
in providing planters for the pool deck this summer. The fowers were beautiful and were enjoyed by everyone.
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE BOARD:
1. To approve 3 All-ages Night Swims during the 2012 season (once per month).

POOL CLOSING PARTY
Although the weather wasnt the
best for our Pool Closing Party,
everyone that attended had a
good time and it didnt stop
some families from enjoying
themselves in the pool.
The food the attendees brought
was super and an excellent variety.
We especially want to thank Robert
Armstrong and Liette Paiement for
the super Pool Closing Party Cake,
as seen in the picture above. It
was delicious, and didnt last long.
We had some new residents
attend the party - one family
had only moved into Highland
Lakes two weeks prior. They
enjoyed themselves and actually
the weather didnt keep them from
enjoying the pool. They were
pleased to know that Highland
Lakes offers these types of events
for their residents, and they look
forward to attending other events
in the future.
Well, thats all for the pool this
year. Have a safe Fall, Winter, and
Spring - and as the cake says,
SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

In our September issue we highlighted the achievements of two of our Highland Lakes residents: AI Kopack, who won
six gold and two silver medals from the Western Wayne County Senior Olympics; and Luther Evans who made a 185
yard Hole in one.
In this issue Clem Tulley and Tom Degalan have submitted an article about a young man who is returning from his
third deployment in the Middle East. We would like to recognize more of our neighbors who have a shining moment.
If you, a member of your family, or a neighbor has a very special event or experience, please let us know so we can
share that accomplishment with the Highland Lakes Community. Maybe youre celebrating a special anniversary or
birthday or a new birth in the family. Perhaps your son has been named captain of the football team or your daughter
had a record-breaking cross-country run. Whatever the achievement-if youre proud of it, share it with your neighbors.
Submissions can be placed in the Herald box at the Clubhouse or e-mailed to Wilma Leonard at williel117@aol.com.
Make sure the individual(s) involved do not mind the recognition. Material for publication must be signed.

EDDINGTON PLACE
Sorra Bennett
Having lived in Northville before moving to
Eddington Place, Sorra wanted to stay in the area
and especially enjoy the pool privileges of living
in Highland Lakes. Tis area ofers a convenient
location for her travel to work in the human
resources feld. As a hobby, Sorra bakes and
decorates cakes and cookies for special occasions.
Angel Kellum
Angel and her teenage son Vaughn have lived
in Highland Lakes since June. Angel works at
Providence Park in Novi as a respiratory therapist
and also attends classes for a possible second
career. Vaughn, an eighth grader at Meads Mill,
plays on the football team. He has met friends
and swims at the pool regularly. Angel says, I
dont just like it here, I love it! She believes that
she and her son did not just get a new home but a
real community. She and Vaughn attend and are
impressed by all the family activities ofered at the
clubhouse.
INLET COURT
Sandra Shoukair and Family
Sandra, her mother Katie and two brothers have
been remodeling and gradually moving into their
new home across Swan Lake from the apartment
where they have been living. Katie feels at home in
this peaceful, natural environment which reminds
her of her beloved homeland, Lebanon. Once
she witnessed a turtle laying eggs on the shore of
Swan Lake, an experience not available to many
suburban dwellers. Sandra is pursuing medical
studies at Michigan States extension in Detroit.
Joseph attends Schoolcraf College, and Manuel
attends Wayne State University.
IRONWOOD COURT
Watkins Family
Cathy moved back to Michigan from Annapolis,
Maryland afer the recent death of her husband.
Te condo on Ironwood has been family owned
since 1975 when her mother Betty Gannon lived
here. Her daughter Elyse, who started Oakland
Universitys nursing program afer Labor Day,
lives with her. Elyse commutes to the downtown
Detroit campus. Also, Rudy, their red retriever
has personally greeted everyone in the court and
is loved by all. Cathy is job hunting. She hopes to
use her masters degree in landscape architecture
and experience in business administration for the
job market here. In the meantime, she donates
time to Main Street Franklin, a project dedicated
to restoring the historic character of Franklin
Village. In addition she volunteers for a pilot
project called Greening of Detroit, which works to
remediate toxic sites throughout the city. Cathys
thinking the grounds committee might be the
right match for her.
ITHAM COURT
Christa Kirby
Neighbors might get a glimpse of a sparkled
costume darting to the car. Tat will be Kylee,
Christas daughter, on her way to dance lessons
or recitals. Kylee started kindergarten at Silver
Spring Elementary in September. Christa works
as a hair stylist. She loves their location behind the
school and near the Highland Lakes pool.
LAKE SUCCESS DRIVE
Paul Medonis and Adrienne Kowalski
Paul grew up in Northville by the fsh hatchery,
the eldest in a family of six children. He prefers to
stay in Northville. Adrienne, who is from Livonia,
also prefers Northville. Both fnd Highland
Lakes to be a convenient location for his job as
a professional painter in the Metro area and for
Adriennes job at Homestead Health Care at
Nine Mile and Haggerty. On football Saturdays
neighbors can expect to see the Michigan State
Spartan fag displayed on his front porch. With
brothers as alumni, hes a fan for sure.
OLD BRIDGE COURT
Andrea Ozog and Family
Andrea enjoys the beauty of the Highland Lakes
surroundings on her regular early morning walks.
Prior to becoming an owner on Old Bridge Court,
she and family lived on Lake Success Drive and
29
prior to that in Novi. Andrea has raised four
children, one is married, one is in college, and two
are still at home.
SAVOY COURT
Marie Perry
An experienced condo owner, Marie has lived
in three other complexes throughout her life
before moving to Savoy Court. Highland Lakes is
unique, she observes, because it is self-governing
and like a village with the mix of generations that
live here. She likes the ambiance. Neighbors seem
to respect each others privacy, making the efort
to not intrude or be excessively noisy. Te only
disappoint to date is returning home at night
to fnd her two parking places flled and no
where to park.

The following safety tips I received via e-mail
courtesy of Kathy Baldwin. They were written by
a police offcer who says, You cant be too careful
these days.
Safety tipS
The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do!
If a robber demands your wallet or purse, do not hand it to him; toss it away from you. Chances
are hes more interested in these items than you. Run like mad in the other direction.
If you are ever thrown in the trunk of a car, kick out the tail lights, stick your arm out of the
hole and wave like crazy. The driver wont see you, but everybody else will. (This one sounds
crazy, but at least youre taking action).
Women have a tendency to get into their cars after working, shopping, etc. and just sit there
doing a check book or making a list. Dont do this! A predator may be watching you and this is
his big chance to jump into the passenger side. As soon as you get into your car, lock the doors
and leave. If someone does get into the car and threatens you, do not drive off as he may direct
you to do. Instead, gun the engine and speed into anything, wrecking the car. The airbag will
save you. If the person is in the back seat, hell get the worst of it. You bail out and run. Its
better than having them fnd your body in a remote location.
Always take the elevator instead of the stairs. Stairwells are bad places to be alone and a perfect
crime spot. This is especially true at night.
If you wake up in the middle of the night to hear all your taps outside running, do
not go out to investigate. These people turn on all your outside taps full blast so
you go out to investigate and then attack. Stay alert, keep safe and look out
for your neighbors.
These are some excellent tips. Tune in to next
months column for more safety tips.

We have many residents who have pets at Highland Lakes, so there
is an ongoing problem of improper pet waste disposal. This affects
all residents, so we are trying to improve this situation.
Pet waste receptacles called PET PAILS have been installed in
many of the dumpster areas to help resolve this problem.
As of July 1st you can find these
receptacles in the following courts:

utilize these Pet Pails to dispose of
bags of pet waste. Thank you for
your cooperation in keeping our
community beautiful.
