Great irritation about vulva and rectum. Itching of vulva. Lac felinum Furious itching of vulva, inside and out; yellow leucorrhoea. Lilium tigrinum: Severe pressing or bearing-down sensation in the sexual organs, with the feeli ng as if the whole internal parts were being pulled outward or downward from the breasts and umbilical region, through the vagina, with an irresistible desire t o press the hands against the vulva to prevent the part from escaping.The left o varian region, becomes sore to pressure the pain grasping, and extending across the lower part of the abdomen;the pain was mitigated by rubbing and moderate pre ssure;the bearing down was so great that the parts had to be sustained by pressi ng upwards with the hand at the vulva.Great bearing down in the uterine region, and a feeling when on the feet as if the whole pelvic contents would issue throu gh the vagina, if not prevented by pressure upward with the hand, on the vulva, or by sitting down. Syphilinum Acrid discharge causing violent itching and inflammation of external organs aggr avated at night from warmth of bed, parts very tender; itching and inflammation ameliorated during menses. Nocturnal aggravated of right ovarian pain, preventing sleep. Sore on right labium majus, extending to left. Intense itching of vulva on rising in morning, continuing until 10 o'clock. Tarentula hispanica: Burning pain in the hypogastrium and uterus, with sensation of great weight, int erfering with walking, as in prolapsus, and causing pruritus at the vulva.Bruise d pain in the uterus, extending to the vulva.Great pruritus at the vulva after m enstruation.
