Introduction This document proposes to computerize online papers generation and examination. This document is to establish, guidelines for the Online Examination System (software) that manages online exams system in an efficient and organized way. The software is called Online Examination and paper generation System. The intended audience of this document contains those who are involved with the development of the software as well as end-users of this software. Purpose The primary goal of this document is to provide a complete and accurate list of requirements for the Online Examination System. Upon completion, the document will act as a binding contract between developers and End-users (Students and Faculty members) and will provide a common point of reference for system expectations. The primary audience of this document includes developers of the system and the endusers (Students and Faculty Members). The document may also be of interest to those also who do not really understand software development and Engineering. Thus, after going through it at a glance one can easily realize the software capabilities. The requirements contained in this document are numbered based on the section/subsection in which they appear.

Scope
The software will be used by the University Examination Authority. Once the end user (Students and Staff members) arrived they login to the System through their Username and password. They can input questions with choices as well as their respective answers. Hard copy of paper, online paper with time and without time requirements, is also managed by this System. This software will facilitate the Owner and the other Teachers Faculty (who have some interest directly or indirectly in the software) to obtain useful information about the Papers, Subject score and Exams related information on the basis of information available in the system. Its primary responsibility is to perform basic data assembly, formatting and processing services and to support the desire for real-time inspection (exactly on that time) of the Student data. The following tools will be used to create the proposed system PHP MySql Photoshop Java Script JQUERY HTML CSS

1.4 Tools Description

PHP is a programming language in which we develop the code, Mysql is for Data base purpose, and Photoshop is a designing tool. HTML and CSS is used for layout purpose. The best features for JQuery is the effects you can accomplish, with less code than what it would take with JavaScript. Most common JQuery effects are drop down menus, drag and drop elements, animations and form validation. Developers have also connected this with other coding languages like JSP, ASP and PHP. JavaScript informs the developers about the form validation, errors and others commands of the web pages
