Designed, tested, and implemented an automated data entry and control system for retail distribution facility to sort packages via omni directional barcodes. System provided high speed sorting from main conveyor to shipping conveyors, and increased throughput by 50%. Replaced original batch control system for ceramic filter manufacturer. Installed latest batch technology including load cells, batch controller and feedback devices, which resulted in 99% accurate batch mixing. Customized vacuum formed packaging equipment for medical and food product clients. Provided robotic product loading and unloading systems, designed and implemented inspection systems, and integrated various HMI systems, both off the shelf and custom, for data acquisition systems to track product data. Successfully designed and installed turnkey part sorting system that sorted 9,000 parts per hour by extracting batch information from clients database then separating the parts accordingly. Conceptualized and implemented control systems for robotic assembly and testing of automotive electronic substrates. Installed and programmed numerous CRS robots, interfacing them with the system controller and testers to transport product to various substations.
