to back. DONOT take page 1 on one sheet and page 2 on the other. In that case, they are asking to fill out
a form. Same applies to DS 158 also)
5. SEVIS FEE payment receipt

1. Bank Statement (They prefer to see previous transactions istead of a single page statement)
2. CA Statement
3. CE Statement evaluating your properties
4. Parents' Salary slips
5. Income Tax returns (SARAL forms)
