2 New collection device or technology support

2.1 Ascom QVoice / Symphony support

[Case 61472] Support for Ascom 5.8.1 has been added.

2.2 Ascom TEMS support

[Case 60218] Added support for TEMS 13.0.

2.3 Datapro support

[Case 60426] Added support for file format version 1.5.13.

2.4 Ericsson UETR/GPEH support

[Case 54280] A problem has been resolved that caused the throughput attributes to be 10 times too low in Analyzer.

2.5 Huawei CT for LTE support

Added support for Huawei LTE call trace.

2.6 LG LTE support

[Case 60283] A problem has been resolved whereby attribute LTE_UE_EARFCN_DL was set incorrectly at message 0xB46C Neighbour Cell List 2.

2.7 Nemo support

Added support for Nemo file format version 2.10. [Case 61058] In LTE, a decoding problem has been resolved affecting scanner message OFDMSCAN in version 2.10 that prevented the message from being decoded. [Case 61893] In UMTS, a problem has been resolved that prevented the preference Auto Create Frequency Streams from creating separate streams for each UARFCN when a UMTS scanner supports also LTE.

Actix Analyzer Update

September 2011

[Case 60893] In CDMA, a problem has been resolved with the decoding of the Nemo CI message, which could prevent log files from loading. [Case 61930] A problem has been resolved that could cause the GPS interpolation to fail with Nemo Outdoor files associated with a marker file (,mrk file).

2.8 NSN ICSU / Megamon support

[Case 61693] A problem has been resolved with the decoding of the header of Megamon version RU20 log files that could prevent the files from loading.

2.9 Qualcomm chipset support

[Case 61505] In LTE, attributes LTE_UE_RSRP, LTE_UE_RSRQ and LTE_UE_CINR are no longer set at message 0xB179 because the encoding of the values was inconsistent across different log files.

2.10 PCTEL support

[Case 61394] Analyzer now supports the new timestamp format used by MX scanner version 1.1.0.5.

2.11 Rohde and Schwarz support

[Case 61404] More LTE attributes are set with version 4.62 log files. [Case 60812, 60812] In GSM, a problem has been resolved that could cause GSM call drop events to be pegged incorrectly just after a reselection from GSM to UMTS. The root cause of the issue is that message GSM MOB MMR SVR may be logged and provide GSM measurements for a short while after the UE reselected UMTS. A similar problem was also causing attribute ServingCellDistance to be occasionally wrong after GSM to UMTS reselections.

2.12 SwissQual support

[Case 59864] In UMTS, the measurements reported for undetected cells are now set into the detected set attributes.

2.13 ZTE support

Support for ZTE LTE-TDD has been added.

2.14 Generic

Added support for LTE S1AP protocol version 8.10. [Case 56546] In LTE, more attributes are now set from RRC System Information Block messages. [Case 55822] in UMTS, the binning operation for attribute Uu_HSUPA_SGI_Average has been changed from Mean to Median. The reason for the change is that the attribute needs to be a integer in order for the map legend to display the ranges properly, and the Mean operation is outputting a float. Note: The attribute is still set to the same value at every individual message (i.e. as the rounded average of the Serving Grant Index values allocated to the UE in the message). The binning operation only affects how Analyzer averages several values of this attribute, set at several messages that belong to the same bin; for instance, when the attribute is displayed in a Spotlight map. [Case 59899] In UMTS, the binning operation of attribute Uu_DownlinkUARFCN has been change from ModeHold to Mode. The change was required so that the attribute does not keep being displayed if the UE changes technology. [Case 58476] In GSM, added support for information element 3G Additional Measurement Parameters Description in message RR System Information Type Quarter. [Case 59598] A problem has been resolved that, when the chart was opened from a custom screen layout, caused all the attributes in the chart view to be displayed in the color black.
