Sub: Indian Oil Whistle Blower- Blowing WHISTLE AGAINST CORRUPTION, NEGLIGENCE, CONSPIRACY AND UNLAWFUL ACTS. Iam the Uttiramerur Dealer(SC) of Indian Oil, have brought to Chairman Notice various lapses of Chennai Divisional Office(CDRSM) and Tamilnadu State Office(TNSO) from 2008 Dec onwards, till now I dont see any change in IMMORAL activities of these offices, as a responsible dealer I BLOW UP THE WHISTLE AGAINST CORRUPTION, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY Against the dealer, NEGLIGENCE and indulging in Unlawful Acts, FORCING THE DEALER TO WORK IN A RETAIL OUTLET WHERE FIRE ACCIDENTS, PIPE LINE LEAKS, PRODUCT LOSS are a routine. The Retail Outlet land to an Extent of 5440 sq ft alone was leased out, whereas the design of the RO required an extent of 6498 sq interest of the corporation. The power holder of the chairman Mr. Suresh acted negligently and without even verifying the bare minimum facts, has entered into the Lease Agreement and today the frontage of the RO has stuck (constructed in approx 6465 sq ft) and part of MS and HSD Tanks are in a place where Indian oil doesnt have any right, and NOC deemed to be cancelled. The retail outlet (RO) got commissioned in July 2007, from day one onwards I have faced Product Loss due to pipe line (Tank to Pump, Unload Point to Tank of MS and HSD, inside ms and HSD pump), multiple Electrical Accidents including one inside MS pump, Higher

RSP, Meter Jumps, Tank tilts and Repeated Loss of Fuel to the extent over 8,000 lts in less than 11 months of Commissioning lead to Defunct stage of RO, fuel which could not be arrested even after IOCL tried from July to Dec 2008 is a fact. The Sales officer Staff and Contract workers were witness of HSD and MS pipe line leak is refusing to acknowledge the facts nor done anything for to solve the failures. The RO is not under operation from Dec 2008 due to reduction in frontage (where entry of Heavy Vehicle is ruled out, a doom to HSD sales) of RO, repeated electrical Problems and Loss of fuel could not be arrested, the breach of duty, promise and repeated attempts to make me a scapegoat for the failures of Indian Oil. The Absolute authorities like Executive Director, CDRSM have done the required Construction and Maintenance work without active consideration led to loss of fuel and defunct stage of RO, Negligent spending and wrongful loss to the tune of several lakhs of rupees has occurred to the corporation.. As a dealer I am Abut to Indian Oil for Maintenance of Pumps, Tank and Pipe line Works. The diligence of mine went in vain, which was clearly recorded in the Minutes of Meeting dated 30.12.2009 recommended for Resitement was rejected and no signs of accepting National Commissions for Scheduled Caste advice dated 11.10.2010 where it was given one month time for Resitement of the dealership. The Indian Oil state office Officials have rejected my bonafide claims, making Contradictory statements, disregarding the facts claiming after 2 years 5 months that a inspection (dated 10.7.2008) itself was not carried out inspite of the meter reading duly used as opening reading by a manager in the subsequent inspection, its been done only because it holds nearly 3000 lts of loss of fuel, having a inspection reports is my obligation as per Marketing Discipline Guidelines, manipulating my records to support sales officer, CDM and EDs claim that there was no HSD pipe line leak despite being acknowledged by officials including dgm(rs), cdrsm and 4 other officials (i have audio recordings, my offer to hear , view the evidences not been acceded for over 10 months). Criminal conspiracy and scandalous act involving custodians ED shri D.S.L Prasad and CDRSM Shri Varaprasada roa manipulating dealers meter reading was highly inappropriate, are viewed as detrimental to any dealers interest at present and in Future, Iam not here as dealer to be harassed, for the said reasons iam forced to deal with officials outside TNSO, whom havent responded till now.

All Started because of your Eagerness TO CLEAR THE CONTRACT BILLS without even verifying bare minimum facts, in spite of difference in size to that of approved layout, corruption have forced you to claim that the Retail Outlet is as per plan diagram and all bills were cleared. Indian oil workflow doesnt find difference in size of RO nor the difference in spending for 6498 and 5440 sq fts, if Indian oil is not responsible who to be blamed. Reluctant to work in line with the policies and norms laid out by various Government agencies Like Revenue authorities, State Highways department and Panchayat, making mockery of the system led to defunct stage of the retail outlet, Indian oil dont have a coherent and concerted work flow or management, Absurd reply sent without any sense of responsibility LEAD TO DEVASTATIONS LIKE JAIPUR PETROL PUMP FIRE in October 2008 where 3 lives were lost, Human failure, lack of observance of safety guidelines, defunct devices and faulty safety audits seemed to be some of the reasons for the fire at the INDIAN OIL CORP TERMINAL in Jaipur in October 29 2009 where Loss of over 11 lives was reported apart from financial loss of over 1000 Crores, Major fire at IOC PLANT AT NAVI MUMBAI where loss is estimated at 40000lts of lubes on 18 january 2011 and latest being a Maharashtra Addl Collector SHRI YASHWANT SONAWANE BEING BURNT ALIVE IN NANAWADI close to Oil depot for his attempts to prevent fuel heist, Indian oils Chennai KKPT terminal is no different as Duplicate TANKER ABLOY Keys are available with the goons working close to the terminal. . Indian Oil has been working with a work system where you dont acknowledge in spite of having Knowledge of repercussion of your failures, concealing the key documents can support your claims but the FACT IS LEAKED FUEL IS HIGHLY INFLAMMABLE and wont support your tunes will result incidents as mentioned above, are you waiting for an such accident to happen in my RO by forcing me to restart sales. On Prior occasion I was threatened in august 2008 for life inside the Chennais Korukkupet terminal immediately after my Questioning over failures in my retail outlet and chairmans power misuse in august 2008, after Nanawadi incident I call Upon concerned authorities for my safety, FACE OF Indian Oil to a customer, A DEALER, Aggrieved DUE TO THE FAILURES OF IOCLs WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT IS VERY MUCH A WHISTLE BLOWER.
