ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS CONTRACT ( artistic personnel)

MEETING

On the one hand, Mrs. Carmen Clara Ciria Roselló, with DNI (identity card number) and on
behalf of and
representation, and in its capacity as Producer of "La Cede Music", (hereinafter THE
PRODUCER);

And from another ____________________(hereinafter referred to as THE "ARTIST"), of legal

EXHIBIT

I THE PRODUCER is an entity dedicated, among others, to the activities of production,

recording, commercialization and broadcasting of audiovisual works and programs; and is going
to produce a video clip belonging to the music group Stunst of their single "Halls of Mirrors", with
an approximate duration of 5:00 minutes (hereinafter the WORK).

II THE ARTIST will take part in the PLAY in the role of an extra for reasons of friendship with
THE PRODUCER.

Therefore, by means of this document, they hereby formalize this contract for the
assignment of exploitation and image rights arising as a consequence of the performances,
appearances and interpretations of the ARTIST in the WORK, in favor of the PRODUCER, which

shall be governed by the following:

STIPULATIONS

FIRST.- OBJECT.

The purpose of this contract is the assignment by the ARTIST to the PRODUCER, who accepts,
of all intellectual property and image rights deriving from his/her performance, appearance and
interpretation in the WORK.

SECOND. - SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT.

THE ARTIST exclusively assigns to THE PRODUCER, with the right to transfer to third parties
on an exclusive basis, all exploitation rights in any form, and especially those of fixation,
reproduction, distribution, public communication and dubbing in any language, including his/her
own, of his/her image, interpretations and performances in the WORK. All this in order to its
television exploitation (including, but not limited to, Hertzian wave television, cable television,
satellite television, pay TV, digital television, or any other modality of broadcasting, transmission
or retransmission, whether digital or analogical), cinematographic, videographic, or any other
type of exploitation or any audiovisual recording, sequence or frame of any other audiovisual
recording, sequence or frame of the WORK.The use of the WORK for television (including but
not limited to broadcasting, transmission or retransmission, whether digital or analog), film,
video, or any other type of exploitation or any audiovisual record, sequence or frame of the
WORK.

These assignments are agreed for the entire world, and for the entire duration of the
corresponding rights.

These assignments include the assignment of rights to the PRODUCER for any act of
exploitation of the WORK or products derived therefrom. To this end, the ARTIST authorizes the
capture, recording or fixation, publication and dissemination of the performances, interpretations,
their appearances and images in order to carry out the exploitation of the WORK or its stills,
without spatial or temporal limitation.

By virtue of the provisions of this clause, the PRODUCER shall be the owner of all intellectual

property and image rights that may correspond to the ARTIST on the interpretations and
performances that make up the WORK, and therefore, it may carry out any type of activity
necessary for the commercialization of the characters, voice, stills or any other activity that may
be susceptible to economic exploitation by virtue of the ARTIST's interpretation or performance
in the WORK. The ARTIST also allows the PRODUCER the use of photographs and images and
biographical material of the ARTIST to promote the WORK, and the ARTIST undertakes to
collaborate with the PRODUCER if so requested.

THIRD.- RELATIONSHIP OF FRIENDSHIP.

The ARTIST declares that his/her performance and interpretation in the WORK is made out of
friendship with the PRODUCER without any remuneration of any kind, neither for his/her
performance, interpretation or appearance in the WORK, nor for the assignment of intellectual
property and image rights.

FOURTH.- SUBMISSION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

To resolve any divergence that may arise from the application or interpretation of this contract,
the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, renouncing any
other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

And in proof of conformity with the foregoing and with the will to be bound, the parties hereto
have signed the present document in one sole effect at the place and on the date hereinafter
expressed.
