Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement

For Natural Person

Between the undersigned, namely _________________________, of legal age,

resident of ____________, identified by citizenship card N° ____________ and
with valid driver's license N°. _______________, hereinafter referred to as the
LESSOR, on the one hand, and on the other hand, Mrs.
___________________ identified with citizenship card No. ______________
domiciled at the following addressn _________________, of legal age, resident
of Buga, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE, have entered into a lease
agreement for a Motor Vehicle, which is governed by the following clauses:
First. The Lessor delivers to the Lessee on lease a Motor Vehicle with the
following characteristics:

Second. The vehicle is in perfect working order, externally and internally in
good condition and with the following physical and mechanical characteristics,

Third. The lease of the motor vehicle described in the previous item will be $
______________ per day, to be paid at the end of each rental day.
Paragraph one: This contract is for a term of __________, but may be
extended by mutual agreement with a notice of ________.
Fourth. Destination: The Lessee shall destine the motor vehicle to personal
transportation, in such a way, that the Lessee may not sublease, nor allow third
parties to use it. Likewise, Renter may not violate the load or passenger limits
established by the manufacturer of the motor vehicle.
Fifth. Driving: The motor vehicle will be driven by (the lessor himself, which does
not generate subordination, nor contractual link or will be driven by the lessee himself
or whoever he delegates) .
Sixth. The Lessee is constituted as depositary and therefore custodian of the
motor vehicle, assuming all civil and criminal liabilities that such condition
implies, until the due return to the Lessor.
Seventh. Return: At the end of the term of the contract, the Lessee shall
return the motor vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, except
for the natural wear and tear of the motor vehicle and at the Lessor' s
domicile.
Eighth. Lessee's Responsibilities, while the motor vehicle is in the
possession of the Lessee, the Lessee shall be responsible for:
a) For any damage caused to the vehicle or with it on third party property
during the time the motor vehicle is in the possession of the Renter.
b) For damages caused with the motor vehicle to third parties during the time
the motor vehicle is in the Lessee's possession.
c) For damages caused with the motor vehicle on goods or persons transported
in the motor vehicle during the time the motor vehicle is in the Lessee's
possession.
d) For all infractions to the National Traffic and Transportation Code committed
during the time the motor vehicle is in the Lessee's possession.
Paragraph: In case of mechanical repairs or sheet metal and paint that the
Lessee wants to make on the motor vehicle, he shall previously inform the
Lessor, who may object with respect to the type, brand or origin of spare parts
or methods to be used.
Ninth. Mandatory Insurance -SOAT-: The value of the SOAT insurance is
payable by the Lessor, who is obliged to keep it in force at all times.
Paragraph: In case the Lessor lets the SOAT expire, the Lessee shall stop
the vehicle and for no reason shall the vehicle be in operation.
Tenth. Failure to comply with any obligation or prohibition described in this
lease shall entitle the Lessor to declare this lease terminated.
Tenth. Expenses: Stamp duty and other expenses incurred in connection with
the execution of this agreement, its extensions and renewals shall be borne by
the Lessor.
Eleventh. Notifications: Notices desired by either party to the other must be
made with certification of delivery to the following addresses:

Twelfth: Compromisory clause. Arbitration Tribunal. In case of conflict
between the parties to this Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement regarding this
contract, its execution and liquidation, a conciliation proceeding shall be carried
out before any entity authorized to do so; if it fails, the differences shall be
brought before an Arbitration Court of the Lessee's domicile, which shall be paid
by the summoning party.
