2017 ANNUAL WORK PLAN OF THE

MEN'S MINISTRY

A.- What do we want to achieve?

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
That every man may understand what God's purpose is for his life and his life's
work. responsibility as a priest of God and leader of his home.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

1.- Restore and strengthen our role as family leaders.

Establish deep and lasting relationships with other men.
3.- To strengthen their formation as disciples of Christ.
4.- To visit periodically the brothers in formation and those who are far away.
5.- Work as a team with the ladies' ministry for the strengthening of the
Marriages.
6.- Motivate men to be soul winners and their commitment to missions.

B.- What am I going to do?

1.- Topics and activities will be programmed about our responsibility as
spouses and parents.
2.- Themes and activities will be developed to form lasting relationships.
3.- The male will be motivated to participate and discover how to be a true
follower.
Of Christ.
To prepare the men for periodic visits to the brothers in formation and to those
who are far away.
5.- Themes and activities will be developed for the integration of couples.
In each monthly meeting, emphasis will be placed on our work as disciples and our
mission as God's collaborators.

C.- How are we going to do?

1.- The topics will be developed on the last Saturday of each month.
2.- An activity every quarter (sports, retreats, walks, visits, etc.)
Participation in all the activities programmed by the church.
(studies, fasting, vigils, prayer, evangelism, etc.)
4.- The 1st Wednesday of each month.
5.- The first three or four Saturdays of each month.
6.- At men's meetings.

D.- How much do we want to achieve?

 1.- To ensure that men know and fulfill their role as family leaders.
2.-At the end of the year, to have achieved a solid foundation for the friendship
relationship.
And male-to-male integrity.
3.- To achieve that the male is a participant and actor in all the activities of
Spiritual formation.
4.- To achieve that the total number of men in formation recognize Christ as the
only one.
Pastor of their lives and recover the estranged.
5.-To achieve that the total number of marriages are restored and strengthened.
6.- To achieve that each male gains at least one soul this year.
