How To Select The Employee of The Month
the month?
EVALUATION CRITERIA
1. The total score in the evaluation for the employee of the month must be 0 points; however, in the
event that no one meets it, the one with the lowest score is selected, provided that it has not
exceeded 12 points.
2. If all those evaluated exceed 12 points, the "Employee of the Month" award is not awarded.
3. The evaluation will be divided into four areas for grading and a final area for observations; each
area will be divided into some specific points that will be expanded upon later.
4. The area manager shall conduct candidate evaluations under the following standards:

Failure to wear a complete, clean and in good condition uniform on a given day will result in 1
point. If in the course of the month, one day the employee does not wear his/her complete and/or clean

will be given 3 points; and so on, successively.
2.2.- Card:
If he/she does not carry his/her ID card one day with clear name and position he/she occupies, it
will provide the worker with 1 point. If you do not carry your license for two days, you will be given 2
points and so on.
2.3.- Work team:
If the employee does not wear his/her complete work equipment (glasses, boots, etc.) for one day
per month, he/she will earn 1 point. If you do not wear any of your work items two days of the month,
