II. JUSTIFICATION

2.1. Legal basis:

 Political Constitution of Peru

 General Education Law 28044-2003-ED
 Peruvian Civil Code
 Law 28628 which regulates the participation of parents' associations in
public educational institutions.
 D.S. 004-2006 E.D. Regulation of Law 28628

2.2. Technique:

The APAFA does not have the purpose of making a profit, which does not
exclude it from carrying out lucrative activities to achieve its own goals
(scientific, sports, cultural, among others that seek to improve the quality of
education that our children receive). In the field of education, the APAFA
promotes the organization and participation of parents and/or guardians in
an equitable manner in the process of improving education, infrastructure,
furniture, materials and teacher support to achieve better learning for the
students of the school.

III. VISION, MISSION AND

OBJECTIVES 3.1. VISION

The APAFA of the I.E.. N° 2022 "Pedro Abraham Valdelomar Pinto" is a

parallel, autonomous and dynamic participatory, proactive, integrated body
that cooperates and identifies with the ideals of the educational community
"Valderomina" and contributes to the improvement of services, infrastructure,
equipment and others, motivates parents to actively participate with the sole
purpose of giving the best to our children, to achieve good learning.

3.2. MISSION
Promotes understanding, cooperation and integration among parents,
teachers, administrators and students of the school. N° 2022 "Pedro
Abraham Valdelomar Pinto", contributing to the improvement of services,
infrastructure, equipment and other common objectives by participating in
the activities requested by the school, always with a proactive and promoting
spirit for the benefit of the education of our children.

3.3. OBJECTIVES
3.3.1. General Objective

 Contribute to the improvement of the quality of the educational service

currently provided by the school. N° 2022 "Pedro Abraham Valdelomar
Pinto" through the coordinated work with the members of the educational
community (APAFA, Supervisory Council, CONEI and teachers).

3.3.2. Specific Objectives

 Improve the different services, infrastructure and equipment for the

maximum benefit of students, teachers, administrative staff and parents
according to budget availability and the decisions of the democratic
assemblies of parents.

 Promote the integration and the culture of collaboration of parents through

participation in the activities planned by the school.

 Collaborate in an organized manner with safety measures for the

protection of children.

IV. PRELIMINARY EVALUATION OF THE INSTITUTION

The Board of Directors of APAFA management 2018, upon assuming its

functions in accordance with the legal provisions in force, set as a goal and
objective to address and prioritize the needs of the Educational Institution for
which the respective coordination with the directors of the I.E. was
established. gathering ideas and feedback on the different needs of the
campus.

The members of the APAFA 2018, we had the first informative meeting in
which we have made the prioritization of the needs of the institution, which we
summarize them as follows:

4.1. Infrastructure
1. Acquisition and/or fabrication of a playground area for the Initial Level
since this level does not have any recreational area.
2. Painting of murals and games for the primary and secondary level
(chess, checkers, e.t.c.).
3. Maintenance of the floor, making false floor, of the areas in front of the
1st grade classrooms which are made of dirt and stones and the children
get dirty and fall.

4.3. Educational innovation

1. Hiring of an English teacher for the elementary level for the
implementation of this area considered in the CNEB but not executed
due to lack of MED budget, which parents approved in assembly through
an extraordinary, annual and unique fee.

4.2. Security

1. Implementation of the I.E. first aid kit. with essential drugs such as
paracetamol, plidan, etc.
2. Acquisition and implementation with safety signs.

4.4. Activities

1. Support for institutional activities through classroom committees.

V. RESOURCES
The 2018 APAFA Board of Directors will carry out the current year's Work
Plan with the following resources.

5.1. Financial Resources

1. Surplus money from 2017 management.
2. Payment of APAFA approved at APAFA's general assembly.
3. Fines: Their implementation will be evaluated and approved at the
general assembly.
4. Extraordinary annual one-time fee: approved at the Assembly.
5. Sponsorships and/or support from parents and/or institutions as
donations.

5.2. Human Resources

1. Parents and/or guardians.
2. Teachers of the I.E. N° 2022 "Pedro Abraham Valdelomar Pinto".

5.3. Material Resources

VI. SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES.

The APAFA 2018 Board of Directors proposes the following fundraising activities to
obtain the necessary financial resources to cover the needs of the I.E. N° 2022
"Pedro Abraham Valdelomar Pinto" and the objectives of this work plan.

VII. BUDGET FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WORK PLAN FOR THE YEAR
2018.

Financial: APAFA's own income consists of dues paid in the form of

by the DS.004-2006-ED, which contemplates: ordinary fees, extraordinary fees
(new child, workshops, fines and activities that are collected according to current
regulations and approved by the general assembly of parents, which are reported
in the scheduled assemblies).

Administrative reports: The report on the progress and development of the

planned activities will be made through the General, Ordinary and/or
Extraordinary Assemblies.)

Economic Reports: will be made through: Balance to be made in accordance

with Law 28628 and DS.004-ED, reporting through ordinary and extraordinary
assemblies.
- Annual Balance Sheet.
- The balance sheets will be presented to the parents at an assembly.
