On the 13th day of JUNE, I had my COE1 or on the job training at San Miguel Purefoods Company.

My first day at San Miguel we did not met our boss already. But Ms. Rachelle Lalo introduced us the bosses of the company and some employees of San Miguel Purefoods. Even we did not meet our boss yet he gave task to do for our first day at San Miguel. We met our boss after four days we had a meeting with him and he assigned me as an ojt of Maam Pia Yuchingtat. Ms. Pia asks me what I want to learn at San Miguel.

We had a meeting again with Mr. Victor, he explain to us about San Miguel Purefoods, what is their products and who handled each their account like Monterey, San Miguel Mills and etc., and who is their competitors. He gave a task that we need to do everyday like clippings, updating the website of GFS and summary what is customers comments, and update the GFS wall. He assigned me us her secretary about in his emails, I need to send it to him when he is not around. He teaches us how to do an ideation.

Mr. Victor gave us a task that we need to handle a one event. We need to cooperate to culinary center of GFS, we need to complete the materials and etc. We were with him when theres had an ideation of a one food company like Jollibee, Kenny Rogers, Maxs, Haco and etc in culinary center of San Miguel. We help him to give a paper sheet for the comments of the customer about the product of San Miguel Purefoods. There are always having ideations in GFS that we include in the event.

Maam Pia gives me a task that I need to know the competitors cost, price and offers of their product. She teaches me how to do it. She always gave me a task like collating the product of GFS that we need to give to customer and sometimes I help her to fix her documents. She asks me to do a delivery receive and she asks me to get the price per kilo gram of their product. She gave me the formula and I need to do is to get the kilo gram of it for each product. Maam Pia asks me to do employees sales, she teach me how to do it in a powerpoint so I can tease them to avail the product that we offer. Sometimes she wants me to take a photo of some product of San Miguel Purefoods and do employees sales and discount for them.

When we dont have a task that Mr. Victor gave, Ms. Rachelle brought us in Trader Eds. Its a Factory that is included to account of San Miguel. We were with Ms. Rachelle when she needs to deliver some of the orders of Trader Eds. She teach us what do we need to do when we deliver or when we need to talk to the employee of the Trader Eds. Sometimes she asks me to fax some new pricelist of the product that she handled through her clients.

Sometimes, when we already done to our task. We helped Maam Cherry for the inventory of supplies in stockroom. We helped them too to handle the events, we assure that the material that we need to event is completed.
