Declaration of Tamleek (Gift)

I, Mian Abdul Aziz Naseem son of Qazi Karim Bakhsh, caste


Rajput Kharral, R/o “Al-Karim” Mohallah Amirabad, Multan, do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as hereunder: -
1. That plot No. 1/B measuring 1200 square yards comprising Survey
No. 209/E (C.L.A. Vol. IV, page 7)) located in Bungalow No. 1,
Quaid-e-Azam Road, Multan Cantonment, Multan, stands
transferred in my name in the relevant record of Military Estate
Office, Multan Cantt.
2. That I am holding plot No. 1/B on lease under Schedule VII of
C.L.A. Rules, 1937 for residential purposes. This land was
originally demised by lessor to the lessee in perpetuity from 1st
October, 1938, meaning thereby that all proprietary rights regarding
demised land were bestowed upon the lessee and, therefore, lessee
is not obliged to seek any sanction from M.E.O. before transferring
it to anybody.
3. That, I intend to transfer plot No. 1/B, measuring 1200 square yards
along-with all the superstructure built upon it with all the lease hold
rights and privileges attached thereto by way of oral gift (Tamleek)
to my sons, namely Aamer Aziz, Tariq Aziz, Haroon Aziz (7/8 share
in equal shares) and to my wife Mst. Safoora Aziz daughter of Qazi
Wahid Bakhsh (1/8 share) out of natural love and affection, who
will by now, enjoy full lease hold rights and privileges attached to
the demised property under this gift.
4. That in order to facilitate further, the delineations along-with
measurements of the demised premises of Bungalow No. 1/B is as
under: -
Area transferred 1200 square yards: -
North: Open plot No. 1/A---120’
South: Bungalow No. 1/C---120’
East: Passage 25 feet wide---90’
West: C.B. Girls High School---90’
5. That in pursuance of the above intention, I have transferred my
aforementioned property along-with all the lease hold rights and
privileges attached thereto by way of Tamleek (oral gift) under
Muhammadan Law on 23.9.2002 to my aforesaid sons and wife
accompanied by delivery of possession there and then of the
demised property to the aforementioned donees; which gift was
duly accepted by the above said donees in presence of following
witnesses: -
1. Khalid Bin Aziz son of Abdul Aziz, caste Aulak R/o Khan
Colony, Multan.
2. Muhammad Fida Hussain S/o Muhammad Hussain, caste
Choohan R/o Jameelabad, Multan, Octroi No. 1.
6. That it is further added that with effect from 23.9.2002 i.e. the date
of oral gift (Tamlee), I have no right/title and any interest
whatsoever in the demised premises of Bungalow No. 1/B and the
same vests absolutely with the aforementioned donees by virtue of
oral gift (Tamleek) as allowed by Muhammadan Law.
7. That the aforementioned donees are by now entitled to get their
names incorporated in the record of G.L.R. maintained by M.E.O.
Multan Cantt.
8. That what is stated above is true to the best of my knowledge and
belief and this document has been duly executed by me in favour of
aforesaid donees by my free consent and will.

DONOR

We, hereby declare and affirm that we, Aamer Aziz Qazi, Tariq Aziz
Qazi, Haroon Aziz Qazi sons of Mian Abdul Aziz Naseem and Mst.
Safoora Aziz wife of Mian Abdul Aziz Naseem have accepted this gift and
taken over the possession of said Bungalow No. 1/B according to our
above mentioned shares on the spot on 23.9.2002.

Now we have become entitled to get our names incorporated as


owners of demised premises in the relevant record maintained by all the
departments concerned.
