Kindly ask for Final Quotation based on your requirement and release Purchase Order for same. All payments to be made via Cheque/Pay Order/ Demand Draft in favour of TechShot Imagine Pvt Ltd. 80% advance payment required along with Purchase Order. TechShot Imagine will attempt to resolve technical problems in a Professional, Reasonable and Timely manner, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems. Any decision taken in this regard shall be final any binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge In addition to these T&Cs, other specific terms may be imposed by TechShot Imagine any time to deal with any unforeseen situation. TechShot Imagine also reserves the absolute right to change the T&Cs contained herein and, or, any other condition is respect to this proposal at any time without any notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. TechShot Imagine also reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue the special offer at any stage without any liability whatsoever to anyone. TechShot Imagine will not be responsible for any kind of data loss if the Hosting Server Collapse. TechShot Imagine will have access to The Client website resources by email/phone to ask any business questions. Any question posted to the The Client resource should be answered within 24 hours to keep project on-time. Any delay in answering any question can delay the project. The Client will provide sample copy text during website development / redesigning. Website Maintenance support does not include supply / replacement of any Hardware& Software components * detail terms and conditions as per agreement. TechShot Imagine will attempt to resolve technical problems in a Professional, Reasonable and Timely manner, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems. After Submission of Quotation, we would require Letter of Confirmation / Work Order from The Client. The Client will provide all necessary information, required for website designing / redesigning as per the agreed time frame. The Client will assign one person to interact on regular basis, who will be responsible for all liaison related work. TechShots live or online technical support does not assure that every request for technical support will be resolved to customer's satisfaction, and TechShot is responses constitute only technical advice or suggestions. Technical problems that may arise may be a result of software or hardware errors or problems that may not be correctable or may be too difficult to resolve by telephonic or online support. In addition to these T&Cs, other specific terms may be imposed by TechShot Imagine any time to deal with any unforeseen situation. If the client fails to Pay Balance amount within due date, TechShot Imagine has the right to Stop their services/Website/Maintenance & Support. All disputes will be subject to the New Delhi Jurisdiction.
