Executive Summary

This report is prepared on the basis of my three months practical experience at Jamuna bank Ltd (Sonargaon Rood Branch). The internship program helps me to learn more about the practical situation of a financial institution. The report is prepared within the broader framework of internship program in the area of Marketing & Finance to partial fulfillment my BBA degree at Dhaka International University. While preparing this report it has been tried to reveal the insights of the personal & corporate banking system of the bank. The other activities accomplish by the bank. Such as Account opening section, Deposit section, Cash section, Loan section, and foreign remittance, Advance department and Card section and service. And a few recommendation and suggestion were also prescribed based on the observation and findings. JBL provide modern banking service to their customer. Customers get different service from here. Beside the different types of accounts, JBL has some special schemes that really represent banks concern about the clients, some of them are MSS, SDS, NDS, Credit card and ATM service.
