In order to be able to cope with the changing environment it is necessary to have some practical experience. As the students of Business Administration we have to pass through a series of various managerial techniques. Every student of Master of Business Administration (Banking & Finance) at Gomal University of Pakistan has an essential requirement to do 8-weeks internship in any of the well-reputed business organization. The purpose of this program is to acquaint the students with practical applications of theoretical concepts taught to them during conduct of their MBA (Banking & Finance) program. For this practice, I choose the National Bank of Pakistan Circular Road Branch, Dera Ismail Khan. During my internship I worked in different sections and got some elementary understanding of their operations and procedures. The partial work which I have done in the bank is included in this report. Through the 8-weeks are not enough to study such a huge financial institution.

I have touched some important parts in this report, which will the help the reader to know about bank to some extent.
