Requirement analysis, making project plan, designing database and Coding Screens and
generating reports.

Call Monitoring System application is used to set up a help desk that reflects the organization
business model and the technical group workflow. Customer makes a call and gets well
informed about the products and services at anytime without bottlenecks. As per the priority,
Service manager assigns the call to the respective engineers. System gives various reports
such as Engineer Productivity, annual maintenance and daily call report.

Transactions : To maintain the details of Books/Magazines issued.
