The business model has been proved to be profitable
in Viet Nam or other similar countries.
Suitable assumptions in the finance report (including
a method to price the company).
A complete plan of a strong human resource:
recruitment and development.

Deeply analyze the market.
Originated idea.
Weak points and how to minimize them.
Successive points and how to maximize them.

What will the “champion” get?
400.000$ will be invested in the company (in which
10.000$ will belong to the champion).
The management board will get 50% of the stocks
after 5 years if the company can be priced 20M$ at
that time (i.e., 10M$).
CEO = 3000$ and 2 managers = 2000$ per month.
After the 1st year, the salary will be increased
30%/year but can not be over 7,5% the annual profit
of the company that year.
Mekong capital will support the formation of the
company.

First round - June 15th 2007 : interview 20 best
teams.
Second round - June 30th 2007 : 5 best teams.

Business logistic:
Provide the third party inbound logistic
services in Viet Nam.
The services include:
Standard : Pick and pack, warehousing,
distributing.
Advanced : Standard + Import/Export,
Insurance, Online ordering and tracking.
Premium : Integrate with the customers and
take their entire logistic function.

The idea
The market size and its development:
The market size is huge: Logistic has not been
well developed in Viet Nam (just small individual
transportation and warehousing).
Its development is very bright:
Viet Nam is building the country, so she needs a
national service to import/export, transport, store
and distribute everything.
An increasing number of foreign vendors are working
in Viet Nam, they need a professional and national
logistic system.

Develop a national branch of
transportation and warehousing by self-
building and co-operating.
Do the Export/Import, Insurance
procedure as a proxy of the customers.
Provide value-added services for
customers with an efficient IT network
(real time tracking, ordering, changing
orders…)
