NNIT Cluster 2 is an offshore support and development centre handling support, new changes of business process reengineering of post operating systems into SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 with various modules like SD, MM, BW, Basis, HR and FICO. Specific Responsibility: Providing support for all PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, TEM and ESS-MSS related issues. Resolving the Personnel Administration issues like actions, dynamic actions and all other custom Z reports and programs related to third party payroll and master data issue. Resolving issues related to reporting structure, assignments and related objects of Organizational management. Resolving the TEM related issue which involves both R/3 and portal functionality. Check authorizations and access related issues of the employees and guiding the users accordingly. Resolving problems related to work schedules, Absence/Attendance Quotas and their generation rules. Handling ESS & MSS services and process flow related issue and also CATS Time Sheet related problems Provide estimates for the new Change requirements or developments. Implement and coordinate with the customer for changes or enhancements to the existing business process functionalities in the form of new Change requests. Updating the change documents and user guide documents related to the new and existing changes. Using Remedy Tool (Ticketing tool) to handle the Tickets, issues and changes raised by the client/users. Testing the application after every release implementation and enhancements to the functionality.

Create new Work Schedules, Absence/ Attendance Types with different country specifications and updating Holiday calendars for the following years. Resolving problems related to Absence/Attendance Quotas and their generation. Handling ESS and CATS Time Sheet related and access related problems Provide support related to PA and Time reports by using Z and standard reports. Ballance Agri-Nutrients is New Zealand's leading fertilizer manufacturer and distributor. With its manufacturing plants located in different places of New Zealand. Ballance supplies quality fertilizer products to farmers and horticultural specialists throughout the country. Specific Responsibility: Gathered business requirements for different SAP HR ESS-MS services and developing business documents. Involved in configuring and defining the Home Page Frame Work with Area Goups, Areas, Sub Areas and with various Services in ESS. Configured ESS and MSS with different services, OADP objects and Workflows. Involved in modifying the look and feel of different services of ESS in portal. 3. Worked as a SAP HR Functional Consultant at NIIT Technologies, Mumbai.

Responsibilities: Providing support for all Time Management related issues. Create new Work Schedules with different country specifications and updating Holiday calendars for the following years. Running of Holiday Load program to upload holidays in to the Time sheets. Running of Time for Labor process and responding to queries relating to Time for Labor business processes and SAP functionality. Involved in FI to HR ALE monitoring. Used CATT scripts and Dynamic actions for certain customer specific data changes. Using Remedy Tool (Ticketing tool) to solve the Tickets/issues raised by the client/users. Resolving problems relating to Absence/Attendance Quotas and HR Home Page access problems to Time sheet : Time balance or Time Statements.
